The location near the airport was good, however the hotel itself was very dated as far as lights and rooms. The tacky rubber ducky theme was just a bit too much.

Close to airport. Zully at the front desk was super kind. We had a 3 hour sleep between flights...it was a great place to rest our heads.

The price was great for a hotel close to the airport. So glad there was a free shuttle to the airport that ran consistently. I only wish it was walking distance from restaurants and shopping but that's not a reflection on the hotel itself. The room and the lobby were very nice. Well designed. I would stay again.

The hotel is really good for a great price. i like the accessibility. the staffs were very nice and had helped us a lot. it is clean and despite of that busy day, the hotel was nice and quiet.

Rooms are small, no window in bedroom. Otherwise the room was very clean and staff was very courteous.

The property itself is great but we didn’t get to sleep at all. At 3:00 AM some dudes were drinking and yelling in front of our window. After we called twice, security cleared them out. Only for us to have someone knocking at 4:30 am and waking us up again. The room is clean but got no sleep and didn’t feel safe anymore. We were gonna do a second night but decided to relocate to a different hotel.

The front desk was very helpful in our airport-taxi arrangement. Complimentary coffee & cappuccino!

They have remodeled the rooms, so its real nice and comfortable. Only negative is its outside facing doors; not internal building hallways. They do have a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric water kettle in rooms and onsite bikes free to borrow.

Missed the shuttle the first time around because Accent Inn was smaller sign than the other hotel the shuttle serves! Room would be a lot better with clean or new carpets. Comfortable bed. Free coffee in lobby - printer worked on business computer.

Very nice place! Love the rubber ducky idea and the quirky decor in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. Great stay.

Much further from Vancouver airport than showing on web site. Adequate but definitely needs an upgrade. Fortunately only slept there and left next morning. Not much around either, but was walking distance from Chop Steakhouse which was excellent!

Staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. The office was extremely busy and they worked efficiently to accommodate everyone.

The garbage had not been emptied out, the morning front desk clerk was miserable. Hotel didn't have a good feel to it! At least the shuttle driver was pleasant.

Price was good. Location was awesome - very close to night market and Richmond area. It was perfect for our need.
