Good start to a business trip.Service was great friendly

Beautiful hotel, great price, free shuttle to/from the BOK for the concert, but only a short walking distance if you choose to walk.

Everyone was friendly and helpful - wish parking was less expensive...

The "city views" promised by orbitz/hyatt turned out to be nonexistent--only of an empty gravel construction area. In the dead of winter, where occupancy could hardly have been total in Tulsa, they put us on the ground floor, right next to the gym. From 5AM to 11:30PM, the thumping of the treadmill overhwhelmed the room, making it more or less unlivable. Multiple complaints to management brought no help or relief. The room itself had a broken bathroom drain, so the water gathered around your feet when showering until you were two feet underwater. No minibar, no freezer. The window was leaking so much heat it was necessary to set the thermostat at 85 degrees to keep it habitable (clearly its reading was totally wrong). What sort of Hyatt is this? A true landfill of a hotel. To top it off, with out any notice of such by orbitz or hyatt, the garage (both self park and valet) can only fit vehicles under 6-6. So if you have a truck, as I do, you're out of luck. i had to find my own parking garage about 1/3 mile from the hotel. Walking to the car in 20 degree temperatures was unpleasant to say the very least. Overall, I could not find one pleasant surprise in my entire 6 night stay here. Just one nighmare discovery after another. Truly remarkable how terribly this place is run. I am told the Fairfield in town is much better run. Try anything and everything before coming here. It's unpleasant and angering top to bottom. Puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the day.

no complaints except I forgot you have to pay for parking when staying at a downtown hotel.

Our rooms were very outdated and the beds were very small. I've never been to a hotel where they give you full sized beds. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. They have an all night shuttle service that was very convenient.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff members. Especially the gentlemen who work as valves.

I overall enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I called to get room service 10 mins before they were going to stop serving and they wouldn't deliver me anything which I normally wouldn't care but I had been sick and really needed some crackers or something. And I went to leave on my last day and my key card wasn't working, I was livid. I couldn't leave the parking garage. The front desk did apologize And seemed sincere in his apology.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful room with a view. Nice bedding without the usual heavy, tacky polyester bedspread. We liked the bar & grill downstairs--great salad with blackened ahi. The bakery/coffee shop is so-so, but the two kids working there were great--friendly, told me all about the Tulsa arts scene and George Kaiser, the local benefactor.

Very nice clean room with amazing views, spend the extra to get a club room, it's worth it!

No comforters, just sheets. No heat or a/c- it waseems freezing, uncomfortable & dirty. To top it off we got stuck in an ADA room with 2 double beds when we paid for a king suite. The most disappointed I've ever been worth a hotel. The next night we stayed at a super cheap Quality Inn that was nice, clean, comfortable & 1/3 the price. Hyatt needs to live up to their name or lower the price to match the sub part rooms they are obviously now offering at a premium cost.

Could not ask for better customer service or for a better managed hotel. Staff was the best.

Horrible Restaurant. The worst service, presentation and food with an hour wait, once for dessert only and another time for oatmeal and pancakes. Stay here but eat elsewhere!

The Hyatt Regency is our "go to" hotel in downtown Tulsa. It is a very nice hotel and almost always a good deal. Close to everything including the PAC, BOK, and OneOK. Nice for families.

The staff were super friendly and the room looked and smelt reslly clean i have a thing with smells great experience

Check-In was at 3, however our room wasn't ready until almost 6pm. Shower was a bit old, didn't drain well. Overall, great location and would definitely stay here again.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is older and could use some freshening up. The rooms are cozy but the decor is tired, and there were obvious signs of wear and tear. The gym was clean with good equipment the common areas were roomy and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was a bit pricey, but not unreasonably so. That being said, it was the staff that made our stay such an very enjoyable experience. Over and above the polite and professional attitude that is expected, the staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful, cheerful and welcoming. My husband - who is not shy about sharing his feelings if he thinks something is below standards - was actually looking for one of those Comments cards by the end of our stay so that he could let them know how happy he was. This place is a definite do-over if we are ever in the Tulsa area.

Hotel needs serious updating. Concierge staff was excellent. Room 3 stars. Hallways very dated.

Staff was incredibly unfriendly and hotel was difficult to navigate from room to parking. Will not consider this hotel again

We only stayed for one night, but the hotel room was very spacious and clean.
