I overall enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I called to get room service 10 mins before they were going to stop serving and they wouldn't deliver me anything which I normally wouldn't care but I had been sick and really needed some crackers or something. And I went to leave on my last day and my key card wasn't working, I was livid. I couldn't leave the parking garage. The front desk did apologize And seemed sincere in his apology.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful room with a view. Nice bedding without the usual heavy, tacky polyester bedspread. We liked the bar & grill downstairs--great salad with blackened ahi. The bakery/coffee shop is so-so, but the two kids working there were great--friendly, told me all about the Tulsa arts scene and George Kaiser, the local benefactor.

Very nice clean room with amazing views, spend the extra to get a club room, it's worth it!

No comforters, just sheets. No heat or a/c- it waseems freezing, uncomfortable & dirty. To top it off we got stuck in an ADA room with 2 double beds when we paid for a king suite. The most disappointed I've ever been worth a hotel. The next night we stayed at a super cheap Quality Inn that was nice, clean, comfortable & 1/3 the price. Hyatt needs to live up to their name or lower the price to match the sub part rooms they are obviously now offering at a premium cost.

Could not ask for better customer service or for a better managed hotel. Staff was the best.

Horrible Restaurant. The worst service, presentation and food with an hour wait, once for dessert only and another time for oatmeal and pancakes. Stay here but eat elsewhere!

The Hyatt Regency is our "go to" hotel in downtown Tulsa. It is a very nice hotel and almost always a good deal. Close to everything including the PAC, BOK, and OneOK. Nice for families.

The staff were super friendly and the room looked and smelt reslly clean i have a thing with smells great experience

Check-In was at 3, however our room wasn't ready until almost 6pm. Shower was a bit old, didn't drain well. Overall, great location and would definitely stay here again.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is older and could use some freshening up. The rooms are cozy but the decor is tired, and there were obvious signs of wear and tear. The gym was clean with good equipment the common areas were roomy and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was a bit pricey, but not unreasonably so. That being said, it was the staff that made our stay such an very enjoyable experience. Over and above the polite and professional attitude that is expected, the staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful, cheerful and welcoming. My husband - who is not shy about sharing his feelings if he thinks something is below standards - was actually looking for one of those Comments cards by the end of our stay so that he could let them know how happy he was. This place is a definite do-over if we are ever in the Tulsa area.

Hotel needs serious updating. Concierge staff was excellent. Room 3 stars. Hallways very dated.

Staff was incredibly unfriendly and hotel was difficult to navigate from room to parking. Will not consider this hotel again

We only stayed for one night, but the hotel room was very spacious and clean.

Great location for a concert at the BOK. We brought the family and we had a great time. The rooms are big and beds are comfortable.

This is about 1/2 mile from the downtown area that is being revived. We were put in a wonderful room and the bed and bathroom were wonderful. The bar downstairs was warm and friendly- a nice way to end the evening. Next time we are in Tulsa we will be back!!!

Great stay. No issues. Friendly staff. Really nice room. I didn't get a chance to look for the bar to see how nice and comfortable it was.

Great place for concerts downtown. Brady theater and Cains is close by. Make sure to check out McNellies and the Max.

This was a good experience for me staying at this hotel, it was convenient and easy to access. Room was clean and comfortable.

When i first got to the hotel I had my car valeted and someone was helping with my luggage. I checked in , went to my room waited a while and the bellman came up with someone else clothes on the rack. They lost the owner of those clothes and mine were in the storage room. I got my luggage and went to my room. I had left my key inside and security had been called to let me in. He said he had been told a different room. I finally got into my room. The staff are very nice and helpful aside from all the disorganization. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the walls are a bit thin. They have lots of events and meetings here, so very busy hotel with families, business travelers and gala revelers. The bar is very nice and great bartender and waitstaff. I didn't have food there. I didn't realize when I booked this hotel that I was in the middle of Tulsa's downtown revitalization experience. The Blue Dome District, and Performing Arts building are right out the door. The BOK events center and baseball field are two blocks away. The new Brady District, which holds the famous, Cains Ballroom and Woody Guthrie museum, is 4 blocks away. Food, bars, music, art, and a lovely park are all walkable.

great hotel. Awesome location. It is right by the bok center. We went on a busy day and the staff still made the best of the situation
