Nasty roach infested non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes stained sheets just TERRIBLE
The toilet continued to overflow and took two days to get fixed.
Stay away from this hotel. The room is not maintained well. Its full of roaches.
This facility has a full kitchen with a cooktop and a refrigerator. The room was clean but the floor was gritty. The room is very stuffy. If you’re asthmatic; don’t stay her because the windows do not open... there is absolutely no ventilation so it’s like you’re sleeping in a large closet. However the staff are amazing. They’re professional and friendly. You can get through a night but you’re going to need Fabreeze and plug in. The room smells very stale. Hopefully they’re able to fix the ventilation issue because that’s the main issue.
Hotel was ok did not get any rest due to my AC not working was hot. Front desk said they would fix it in the morning I was checking out in the morning I couldn’t get another room. They need to keep a maintenance on site. Also there was water spill on the floor, pillows were hard.
A front desk agent attitude was horrible, rude and impatient with the customers
I stayed for 3 nights and it was very pleasant. I would recommend you stay.
I was there for 2 days/ nights. I had a single non smoking room. This is a no frills accommodation. The room has basic necessities, including a full size refrigerator/freezer and a hot plate. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My room was in building 3, at the back of the property, which was very quiet. I was glad to be in building 3, as the buildings closer the front desk (buildings 1 and 2) are subjected to loud interstate traffic noise. I did not need luxury, just the basics. This met my needs.
The staff gave away my room before we got there. The room was really small and staff counted towels and they only clean room once a week
They cancelled my reservation without any notification. I will NOT be doing business with Studio 6 again.
The room itself is really awesome and the staff was quick and nice at check-in. Complete kitchen with pots (there's 2 eyes), plates, mugs and the like. No ice machine, but ice trays in the freezer. The office hours are really inconvenient. For example, we were checking out on a Sunday and the office didn't open until 12pm, so we couldn't request a late check out. Also, the office staff didn't turn on their phones until nearly 1pm. This worked out for us because we were able to check-out late, but only because we couldn't get in touch with staff. And on the other side of things, if we had arrived after office hours, I don't know how we would have checked in. All in all, I'd totally stay there again because the room is very clean and has all the things you might need.
