We stayed there for four nights; we only had our towels changed once, we had to bring our own toilet paper, and the room was not cleaned at all during our entire stay. I went to the front desk to request that our room be cleaned, and the staff informed me that due to covid, our room would only be cleaned 2 times a week. None of the hotel staff wore masks during our visit.

The bed was very comfortable. There were a lot of broken or unusable items. We could only turn the TV off by unplugging it. Ice machine didn't provide more than a few cubes. Vending machines were out of order. Interesting shower head was like a sprinkler but worked well. Towels, soaps, etc were good. The staff said most problems were due to the coronavirus lockdown.

The property was dirty and disgusting in almost all aspects. From the moment you walk into the room, there is an unfriendly odor. Every glass mirror in the room has nasty stains and fingerprint marks including the head boards. There was hair from prior visitors everywhere. From within the towels to within the sheets, the hair was hard to avoid and very disgusting in general. The shower head and the bath tub were dirty and there was a brown liquid that oozed out of the bathroom wall whenever you took a shower. The AC unit, whenever on, make my allergies flare up. I had to keep it off during my entire visit because it not only irritated my allergies, but it also smelled weird. The angle at which it is set is unmovable and whenever it is on, it blows the curtain upwards so there is never a complete way to close the curtain to prevent light from getting in or from others seeing inside the room. Honestly, I want my money back because it was awful.

They cancelled my reservation and did not rebook me. Left me stranded in the airport at midnight.

Dirty carpet or old carpet on stairs. One guest with us had to move to no shower water.

Room was spacious, with good range of appliances inside for creature comfort. Outside of room, general condition ok. Breakfast range acceptable, but omelette kept running out. A little out of the way.

Breakfast was poor at best. Better go to the Denny's next door.

For an inexpensive stay, this is ok. The rooms and hallways have kind of a funky smell to them but you get used to it. The doors are accessible from the outside with a key card, which is nice to have - you can drive straight to a secured area and go to your room. The breakfast is pretty disappointing; typical food service quality, no bagels, no cream cheese, but you can get cook-your-own mini waffles, toast, and some fruit that didn't look that fresh but was probably ok. Coffee is a little disappointing, but they do have a Denny's on site that may provide a better breakfast. Easy to drive into and out of near I-95. Will probably stay here again when going to rocket launches.

We are truly sorry that you did not enjoy your recent stay at The Ramada Titusville. Our concern for the health and safety of both our guests and staff is our top priority. Since the pandemic started we have had to make several changes to how we service our guests. Chief among them is entering the room every 3 days. This is both to limit contact with our guests and still provide service to our guests. Of course if you need service prior to your scheduled service day all you need to do is request it and we will happily add your room to the schedule. All of our staff is required to wear their masks at all times during their work day. They also are submitted to temperature checks before they are allowed to work their shift. If any of our employees experience any flu like symptoms they are aware that they must call out and submit a negative Covid-19 test to management before they are allowed to work. We also sanitize all used room keys and any high contact areas throughout all shifts. We hope to invite you back to our property again so that we may show you our world class service that we are known for! I sincerely hope you have a healthy and blessed Holiday Season!

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize about the delays upon check in. There have been days where our construction has caused delays in our housekeeping department, which in turn unfortunately effected some of our guest. We are actively working on finishing the projects that could cause this issues, as well as hiring additional staff to try and make sure that this doesn't happen again for future guests. We do hope that you will come back again in the future once we have been able to do more work on our property to get it back to our guests expectations.
