Our stay was fine as it was just down the road from our friends which we were vusiting however the clerk at our checkin was not very attentive. She was taking to another employee during our check in and should have focused on me the customer. Also, the bathtub/shower floor was dirty and gritty. The last thing was the floors in general need a good washing.

I liked the hotel. My room appeared to be just renovated. No water pressure at all. The cleaning staff was great. The front desk was poor. The wifi did not work for the entire weekend. Desk clerks kept saying that it only worked for phones. They were able to run credit cards and their desk so I think that was not the full truth. Monday morning I was told that the problem had been fixed on Saturday. Wifi worked on Monday morning. Thanks again to the cleaning crew.
The place is a good option for the area. However the room was not cleaned very well as we found a penny left on the bathroom sink and an empty shampoo bottle on the floor; otherwise was ok. It was great to back up right to the room. Room had comfortable bed and was no-frills but relatively safe feeling. The pool was open which was cool - literally not heated so we didn't use. Finally the breakfast was carb only, meaning no eggs or no protein - not the best for a diabetic. They did have waffles.

I was not ever asked if I had the ability to go up stairs, especially with my 45 pound luggage. There was no elevator. The continental breakfast was somewhat hidden in a not notable area, making the attached iHop restaurant seem like the choice, which then cost additional money. There was mildew on the curtain going into the room. The bathroom seemed like mildew on most of the grout, and the tub didn't seem clean enough to even want to shower. Overall, it was a cheap place to sleep a night, but the feeling was "you get what you pay for".

Wifi didn't work. Pillows too fat. Overall everything else was ok.
After a LONG day of driving was nice to get checked in quickly and courteously. Nice room and quiet.

FRONT DESK STAFF WAS RUDE, TOO MUCH NOISE AT NIGHT, LOOKED LIKE A LOT OF LIVING IN OR AROUND PROPERTY
While the lobby was nice, the pet friendly room was not very clean and the plumbing wasn’t working properly.
This is a nice, updated hotel for a decent price in a convenient location. But we had an issue with a front desk staff person. While the hotel itself appeared clean, our room floor was so dirty that our feet were black with dirt after only a half hour. When I visited the front desk to ask if it could be mopped, the clerk immediately snapped that housekeeping had left. I'm not sure why they responded so harshly. The other clerk seemed appalled and she apologized. When I asked to be moved, they snapped again that they only had one room left! I politely asked if it had the same number of beds and thankfully it did. So we packed everything up and moved to the new room, only to find the key didn't work. And there was a party going on in the parking lot outside the new room, three pickup trucks blasting music, people dancing and there was even a fire pit! I informed the front desk who didn't seem to care. We had to go back to the room with the dirty floor.
Price was good for an overnight stay and safe area to walk dogs.
After bad experience from Super 8 one day earlier (similar rating) here you can see that you can receive something good for what you are paying...
