I would like to express some concerns regarding my stay from October 11th to October 12th, 2025.
My girlfriend, Megan, and I checked into unit 102 without any problems; however, we found it unusual that the front desk did not provide us with a property map or a brief overview of the location of various areas.
That night, as we prepared for bed, Megan discovered blood stains on the sheets, which was quite disturbing. Since it was too late to contact the front desk, we decided to address it the following morning.
The next morning at 6:00 AM, I called the front desk, and they informed me that someone would be available at 7:00 AM. Instead of waiting for a callback, I chose to walk to the front desk. The same representative, Josh, who checked us in was there, and I informed him about the blood stains on the sheets. He requested that I take pictures and mentioned that he could offer a $200 discount due to the inconvenience.
Later that day, I called the front desk again to request a late checkout. I spoke with Josh, who indicated that he needed to discuss something with me at my convenience.
