"I opted for early check-in and late check-out, and it was seamless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. I ate in the restaurant 3 times. The servers were very good, and the food was excellent and well presented. Valet service was exceptional. The longest wait for my car was probably 8 minutes, and that was during a busy check-in period. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower, a large separate bathtub, and a spacious vanity. The rooftop bar/pool area was great, and they had live music (a DJ) on the weekend. I will definitely consider booking there again should I travel to Phoenix/Tempe. Outstanding experience. "

"This motel is a great option if you need a cost-effective place to rest your head for the night. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Amenities are pretty limited. I did have some safety concerns as there were people loitering in the parking lot in the afternoon, and there were signs reminding guests to lock their doors at night. Again, it’s fairly priced if you just need a place to rest your head for a night."

"We do not plan to stay at the property, but after a Vrbo mishap we ended up here. It is an old motel that is being rehabbed. While our unit didn’t seem to be one of the nicest, some looked very nice! Wish we had booked direct so we could have gotten a better room. My only complaint was the pool was so cold. We were out in the heatwave of 105 in March, and somehow the pool was like an ice bath. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was thankful to find a place for the entire week. "
