Great Hotel. It was my wife's birthday and they made her a special dessert.
I would have given them five stars but they never had all elevators working during our three-day stay. On the last day only one elevator was working and we ended up having to take the stairs with all our luggage in order to get to the lobby (the elevator was always full when it got to our floor). Also, you should be aware that they only have Valet parking and that it is $40/night. There isn't any other convenient parking nearby. With all that said, the hotel is very clean and staff in the hotel and restaurants are helpful and friendly. This hotel is in a great location in downtown Tempe. Walking distance to the University and to Tempe Town Lake park.
Staying here was an absolutely perfect experience. We came in town for a music festival, and from the moment we arrived we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, and the location can't be beat in Tempe. We will be back!
Great comfortable hotel. It was walking distance to a fun downtown but it’s not in the heart of the noise so it was great.
So far everything is great. Only complaint if i had any is valet parking only. Should allow self parking also
The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay especially enjoyed the rooftop pool.
