Veronica at the front desk was amazing! She was very personable and extremely friendly, she had a great smile and was very accommodating. The rooms were very small and didn’t look as they did in the pictures. The AC was right next to the bed and blew in our faces while sleeping. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We found an empty condom wrapper at the food of the bed that kind of grossed us out. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately took care of it and escalated it to management. I am told that they will report to Orbitz and see if I can be compensated. I loved that there was a free airport shuttle and it would also take you close by the hotel if you needed to pick up something quickly. There were also free bikes that you could take out for a stroll and they came with a bottled water and towel. The pool was small but nice(except for some obnoxiously loud flight attendants that were there loud and cursing, once they left it was great). The food at the normal diner was amazing, you have to try the chicken fingers, breakfast burger and pancakes. I also liked that they had blueberry, cranberry and strawberry mimosas- that was a nice change from the traditional oj. The shrimp tacos and steak nachos at pool were amazing! All in all the hotel had a nice vibe, and the staff was very friendly. I would probably try a few other hotels in town before I stayed here again though.

I had some minor issues, but the staff was right on top of correcting the minor issues. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available for any type of request. Great staff.

This was a great hotel! The location across the street from ASU was perfect for us. Check in was excellent. We had taken an Uber to get to the hotel and the hotel front desk refunded us what we paid for it! That was totally unexpected but made us really happy! They also offered a free shuttle for the nearby Tempe area and an airport shuttle. The best part about the hotel were the complementary cruiser bikes that we got to use. I only wish they had more of them! The bar by the pool was great and had really good service. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the vibe of the hotel is very cool and the rooms are great!

Good place to stay in Tempe wth excellent access to ASU and Grady Gammage Auditorium. Rooms have unique "retro" features. Staff is very friendly and helpful and Tapicubo is next door. The weak spot is The Normal diner which has breakfast but is not great.

Really nice and cute hotel! Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Lighting is pretty bad in the bathroom and room if you're trying to do makeup which was unfortunate. And the free wifi is awful! I had work I needed to be doing and was annoyed that you had to pay for faster internet. But overall we had a great experience

The Graduate Tempe is a fairly-priced, high-style place to stay in Tempe, Arizona. The bed was lovely and comfortable and well made up.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly and nice, the décor was entertaining, the beds and view were all incredible and I believe the towels were softer than the ones I have at home!

It was ok staff was not friendly or informative you were on your own all went decent till I checked out and went to my next destination and looked in my suitcase only to find some Clothing items missing called the hotel and they are investigating yet to here from them it ruins the whole stay, never again!!

Loved the hotel, would definitely stay again. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the hotel is very clean and loved the old-school decor. Breakfast at the Normal Diner was delicious!!!

This place did not have me listed with everything I had on my online reservation. Paid for late checkout and checked with staff 3 times to make sure I didn't get charged. Next day I had a manager knocking at the door telling me that I was going to be charged another night because I was still in the room. I showed him receipt of my online payment for the late checkout since I booked the room and he was confused. In not staying here again. It's not my job to make my own stay at the hotel go smoothly that's why I pay and they should take care of the rest.

I enjoyed my stay at the Graduate. The air conditioner was sub-par, but luckily it wasn't very hot when I stayed there. The daytime staff was quite friendly and accommodating, the even let me check in a couple of hours early without a problem; I can't say the same for the overnight staff. The elevator was annoyingly slow.

Very nice boutique style hotel extremely close to All that the ASU campus has to offer!

The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs!

I was in town for a conference and I stayed at this hotel, which I truly enjoyed my overall stay.

The Graduate is the only choice for me when I visit my son at ASU. The location is perfect...right across the street from his dorm, the property is awesome, and the staff is the best! I just got back from my 4th stay with them, and already can't wait for the next time!

Very cute and clean hotel rooms. The only thing is that parking is not free.

Pleasant Staff! Liked the diner. Short walk to Mill Street!

Very cute and clean hotel rooms. The only thing is that parking is not free. Parking fee is 6 dollars.

The decor is cool, the staff a little too low key, the space was very party oriented which makes sense being close to ASU. Public spaces weren't super clean and someone urinated in the elevated.

Dear Romz, We are glad that you enjoyed are nicely decorated hotel and hotel rooms! The style is very Arizonan and almost makes you forget out the blistering heat in the summer. We are also glad that you enjoyed the nice vibe of the hotel! We look forward to having you stay with us again.
