I like staying at Graduate hotels because they are quirky and good quality for a reasonable price. Often, quirky comes with an up charge, but it’s just part of the DNA here. I would stay again!

Really accommodating staff. I had a little problem at check-in and received a very noisy room next to a utility closet that had some sort of machine running. The staff seemed so overwhelmed that I didn't feel I wanted to go through the hassle of changing rooms. Plus the hotel was very full. I commented on my problem and the customer liason contacted me with several suggested solutions. I appreciated his attention and ended up with an overall positive impression of the hotel despite a rough start. Thanks for the free breakfast!
