It was ok staff was not friendly or informative you were on your own all went decent till I checked out and went to my next destination and looked in my suitcase only to find some Clothing items missing called the hotel and they are investigating yet to here from them it ruins the whole stay, never again!!

Loved the hotel, would definitely stay again. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the hotel is very clean and loved the old-school decor. Breakfast at the Normal Diner was delicious!!!

This place did not have me listed with everything I had on my online reservation. Paid for late checkout and checked with staff 3 times to make sure I didn't get charged. Next day I had a manager knocking at the door telling me that I was going to be charged another night because I was still in the room. I showed him receipt of my online payment for the late checkout since I booked the room and he was confused. In not staying here again. It's not my job to make my own stay at the hotel go smoothly that's why I pay and they should take care of the rest.

I enjoyed my stay at the Graduate. The air conditioner was sub-par, but luckily it wasn't very hot when I stayed there. The daytime staff was quite friendly and accommodating, the even let me check in a couple of hours early without a problem; I can't say the same for the overnight staff. The elevator was annoyingly slow.

Very nice boutique style hotel extremely close to All that the ASU campus has to offer!

The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs!

I was in town for a conference and I stayed at this hotel, which I truly enjoyed my overall stay.

The Graduate is the only choice for me when I visit my son at ASU. The location is perfect...right across the street from his dorm, the property is awesome, and the staff is the best! I just got back from my 4th stay with them, and already can't wait for the next time!

Very cute and clean hotel rooms. The only thing is that parking is not free.

Pleasant Staff! Liked the diner. Short walk to Mill Street!

Very cute and clean hotel rooms. The only thing is that parking is not free. Parking fee is 6 dollars.

The decor is cool, the staff a little too low key, the space was very party oriented which makes sense being close to ASU. Public spaces weren't super clean and someone urinated in the elevated.

Hotel is extensively redone in a sixties style. Great place for breakfasts and bar at night has a limited menu. Staff was wonderful.

Am always pleased with the room and the staff when I stay

Our experience was very enjoyable. We liked the artwork and the furniture.

It was centrally located, so enabled me not to need a car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to have had a fairly recent remodeling, and they did a good job. This place has some history, starting out as a Howard Johnson hotel many years ago. It all worked well for me.

Its all good, I wish it had free wifi, plenty of drinking water at the room and a better AC system for temperature control.

The location can't be beat. Directly across from my son's dorm. The hotel is awesome! The staff is friendly, the decor is adorable, and the margaritas in the restaurant are great!

Used to be fun & trendy, now not at all! "The Normal" diner was a major plus & you could get food up to your room, now hours are very limited so dinner isn't even an option..The food at Tapacubo was never amazing but I had hoped it'd get better by now, not the case! Their idea of a cocktail waitress by the pool is sending a waitress out to take orders at her convenience, even though the place was a ghost town service was still non exsistant so I finally got sick of waiting, went in & ordered 2 out of 3 rounds inside! Complimentary old school glass bottled soda is also no longer! They're now $3.00, when u can just get soda for $1.50 out of the vending machine by the ice machine!! What was once 1 of our favorite places to stay is now the bare minimum..
