Outdated- TV didn’t work , bathroom sink clogged and they over charged my card twice. Place also kept cancelling my booking.
They did not have my reservation in their system.
I needed an overnight stay for a business trip. The room was fine for this purpose. It was clean and had everything I needed.
Stayed in a newly renovated room and it was really nice. Staff is always excellent here. We have stayed many times, as my work brings me here.
Needs updating and repairs
We needed a quick overnight stay for a business trip. We required a late check in, but the front desk staff accommodated us by letting us check into a room a little early during the afternoon so we would have our keys later in the evening after midnight. Room was fine, comfortable bed. However, the property is a bit run down. TV only had sound, no picture and the hallways were a bit smelly. If you need a place to stay for a night, the hotel is convenient and economical for the area, but it's no "family vacation" spot.
This was probably the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Horrible stench, room not ready on arrival and we ended up not spending the night because there were literally red stains on the carpet and on the comforter. No idea how this was so highly rated.
This place is a dump. Dirty, poorly lit, no elevator, no hot water in my room. AVOID at all costs.
The place is the grosses place I have ever stayed at. From the moment I walked into my room I felt gross. Room smelt of mildew. The curtain rod in the shower was falling off. There was buildup on the shower head On the back of the bathroom door there was white scatter marks of some unknown substance. And lastly between the beds you got an order of urine if you stood next to the lamp. We checked out was supposed to be there for a week. It was like they already knew because they didn’t ask questions just told me my money would be issued back.
The rooms are very dated. Hallways and rooms smelled. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Pillows small and square. No elevator to bring luggage up. People randomly hanging out by ending machines and laundry room.

The room was large and the bed and furniture were quite comfortable. My only real complaint is that he WiFi was not very reliable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom floor needed some scrubbing. It looks like it was swept but not really cleaned well. My air conditioner was EXTREMELY noisy. But I pushed through it... Anyone else would NOT have! The fan needs fixing
