The host was very welcoming and informative. The home was very clean upon arrival, and the amenities were satisfactory. The kayaks and paddle board were a nice surprise and we made use of them.

Our group of 8 loved the location. Each of the adult couples got a king sized bed which was big hit! Too chilly to use the pool but looked nice and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony! Check in was super easy and host was super fast to respond to text questions. Everything we needed was close by, we walked the beach and enjoyed the restaurants. We plan to visit again and will definitely look to stay here.

Super relaxing stay! Loved the pool. And seeing dolphins out in the bay in morning and evening ! The beds were comfy. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and an awesome claw arcade !!! Only minor hiccups along the way (pool light not working, no regular "extras" like condiments, bug spray, etc) but overall would recommend !!!

Nice place but needs maintenance on appliances!

Washing machine would not drain and spin, coffee maker leaked all over floor, fridge crisper door broken and main door wouldn't close completely. The amount they charge for this property everything should be in working order, not all rusted and junked out!!

Relaxing!!

Great open space, relaxing with plenty of sleeping options. Slept 9 comfortably. Great deck with views of inter coastal waterway. Many passing dolphins especially in the morning hours.

Management

The unit is clean and large which is great for a decent size family. Where this property needs work is the management. There was a hurricane 2 days before check in but there was no communication from management until I reached out again and got a reply by text 24 hours before my check in. The person in charge of management couldn’t be reached by calling because they were away on vacation so I only got a few short texts here and there from them. This property has so much potential but you can tell the only people that go there on a regular basis are the cleaners and not a property manger. My unit didn’t have any water pressure or hot water in the master. The reply I got from them was “I’ll send in” which never got fixed. When you go into any of the 4 units from the main staircase and elevator shaft which they all share, there are an insane amount of flys that are trapped in there and there is no AC so it’s miserable. This is the only stair case that goes to the front door to actually lock your unit! You can hear people yelling when they run up and down the stairs because of the bugs. Their reply was “safe travels I’ll send in your comments”. These units are not cheap and it really feels like they don’t care. Pool was empty when we got there. The beds are very low quality and uncomfortable. All of this could be resolved if anyone actually walked the property before collecting $2k per weekend. $199 fee for boat and no trailer parking. Not looking to stay here again.

Wonderful setup, great location. Worth it!

We had a large group of family stay for my birthday bash. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, easy access to the causeway and supplies. Beach access was a short walk away. The pool was phenomenal. We saw a dolphin swimming in the bay on the first day. Four bedrooms were great to have with the adult gang we had. Full Kitchen set up was great even though we didn’t cook we still made use of essential kitchen items. Some things to remember zero condiments are provided. Not even salt and pepper. Maybe the host could provide salt and pepper packets in the “upon arrival essentials”. Or a vending machine with some essential condiment packets. Who wants to buy a container of ketchup, mayo or mustard for a four day trip? We enjoyed the balcony view of the bay. It gave us extended living space and room. All in all. Great stay! Worth it.

Spring Break trip with family and friends

The property was amazing. Clean inside and out. There was plenty of room for the party of 11 staying in our unit. The pool was large and there were plenty of lounge chairs for all. We saw dolphins daily and even had a manatee swim under our dock. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.
