Easy access location in Clearwater near all major roads.

The place is nice and the non smoking was a huge plus. The only thing I wish I would have known was that it was pet friendly. I have allergies and they got worse while staying at the hotel.

In the bathroom was in very bad shape in my room brought the attention to the maintenance man in the same day

Good location to airport...hotel not in good shape. Shower soap dish ripped off the wall and re-glued higher...bath faucet looked like it had been kicked through the wall, then re-caulked. I could move it with my hand...

Check in time is 3 and our room wasn’t ready at 5 pm so we had to take a lesser room then we had paid for. 2 hrs after check in and our room wasn’t ready? I expect a refund of some sort!

The pool set up was wonderful. Other facilities were very poor.

Upon arrival we were very disappointed in our rooms. The pictures looked halfway decent online but in reality were far from it. There were stains on the linens and a musty smell to the rooms. We requested new linens to be brought clean ones that were still wet from the wash. Again, requested a new one and they did bring it, but the hassle and lack of having it right the first time was already ingrained. We requested a pack n play at the time of booking and the one delivered to us was missing essential pieces. Again, they brought another one but it’d be great if things were done right the first time. With two small kids we wanted to get out of there as quick as possible.

Check in was quick and attendant was courteous. The room smelled musty and could use some fresh paint and new carpet. The hotel lobby floor could have used some mopping. There was a commotion late at night (guests arguing—not fault of hotel but disconcerting nonetheless). Overall, the room was basic and fine but not as nice as pictured in photos.

Although this is a very dated property the price reflecta this so was expected. Staff was nice, pool was nice. No issues while staying here

The property was clean but definitely could use some renovations. Our room was not ready even after us arriving 2 hours after check in time but I will say that the front desk staff and manager were very apologetic and friendly and were more then willingly to compensate us for our inconvenience.

No fridge and microwave! Room was small, small sized bed and saw some roaches too!

Not as expected. The rooms were different from what was advertised. No as comfortable, not as nice and not too friendly staffs

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. We did not have a remote in our room and had to request one but then it took us 45 minutes to figure out how to make the TV work because it was not set up to play regular TV.

Family with small children

Upon arrival we were very disappointed in our rooms. The pictures looked halfway decent online but in reality were far from it. There were stains on the linens and a musty smell to the rooms. We requested new linens to be brought clean ones that were still wet from the wash. Again, requested a new one and they did bring it, but the hassle and lack of having it right the first time was already ingrained. We requested a pack n play at the time of booking and the one delivered to us was missing essential pieces. Again, they brought another one but it’d be great if things were done right the first time. With two small kids we wanted to get out of there as quick as possible.
