So the elevator was down for the whole 5 days I stayed there and the main problem for me was the fact that the doors slam so loud here and if you think you can sleep in at all think again because the doors will shake the walls. The fridge in my room was also ridiculously noisy . For a hotel room though it has way more than expected, a full size fridge, a little stove top, some dishes etc . I was in the suite room . The tv was a joke though super small and away from the bed at a weird angle .

Everything was great, except the elevator was not working the entire stay. Room was great, clean, fitness room great too. Ice maker was also not working, and the in room units make very little ice.

On arrival we were unsure of the lobby as it’s tucked into a shopping centre. The elevator was broken and I had to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. There was a dirty tissue on top of the bathroom vanity, we were woken up at 2am to what sounded like an ice maker(?) which frightened my 6 year old. We won’t stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. There is a Publix within walking distance as well as other food options. The only issue is the elevator doesn’t work, and based on the reviews it never works. But if you don’t mind walking up a few stairs it’s not a problem. I would stay here again
