What a great location and experience. 20's style building, friendly staff, cute, clean rooms. The area around it is full of things to do, from museums and activities to incredible restaurants and bars.

Great location close to everything. Very old hotel, however clean and comfy. No frills at all, and parking is the main killer, you have to park in two walking distance garages, thankfully it was not raining. Pack light!

The room was okay, the location of the hotel was what we needed. -The staff was very friendly -Two nights was about $364 -Very easy to walk to shops and restuarants - There is no onsite parking, we parked in a parking garage about a half block away -The hotel was old, very dated rooms -Not dirty, but not sure if the staff cleaned well either -There were black hairs on the bathroom walls -Stuff on the floor, like it was not swept well -There was no hot water in the second bathroom, they had a sign saying let the water run, but the water was still cool in the shower

Gezim was the sweetest and most helpful! We stayed here for St. Pete Country Fest & had a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Musty rooms, no working toilet, no running water. No water? How are you even allowed to operate as a hotel?? Upon checkout, front desk said they "made a note" and not much they could do, and to call back later... like what??? Also, couldnt even print or email a copy of said note to dispute with later, and then they didnt have a name of the person to call and speak to if you wanted. Absolute disaster of a place.

Hotel is very old and has not been maintained. Our room was very dirty. Everything needs a good cleaning. There were stains on my pillow case. Water would only get luke warm. Bathroom door had layers of dirt. The hotel could be amazing if it was cleaned and some minor updates were made. No onsite amenities. No coffee or water in the lobby. Staff was helpful and it was a great location by Albert Whitted park but I would not stay here again.

Wish they would keep up with the building. Obviously it is an old hotel, but that's not an excuse to not keep up with the place. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was not very clean. The shower faucet handles were not even connected to the wall. The sink didn't have a drain stopper. The wrefridgerator was not jice. And to clean the hallway they seemed to have just thrown some baby powder all over the carpet or something. Also, location is only good for those wanting to go clubbing. Do not expect to get any sleep at this hotel. Staff at front desk was nice, but I never really saw anyone else. Not really sure who the cleaning crew was or anytbing.

Nice place in downtown St Pete. It's an older building, so you have to wait a little bit for the hot water in the shower - but they warn you about it.

This was my second visit in a row having issues with this hotel. The only draw to it is the location. I contacted the front desk because the shower in my room was leaking onto the bathroom floor, the water had hardly any pressure, and the drain began clogging....which is gross. I was told they would move me into a different room the next morning. Well, the girl there the next morning had no idea. She told me she couldnt move me until aeound 5pm, when all the rooms where cleaned. I asked her why i couldnt just get the FIRST cleaned room. She said she would do that and call me when it was ready....I NEVER received a single call. Also, the hotel has roaches and isnt very cleanly. If you want a below average stay but great location, you can stay here. If you want nice with good service, avoid this place!! I personaly with never be back. Also, fyi....these are the same owners of the Galaxy Hotel down the street. Same story.
