The staff at the desk were friendly and great I'd called to let them know I'd be a little late since I ran into highway construction. My room was fine but I was on the outside back corner and didn't feel completely safe. The street lamp shone directly into my room all night and the black-out curtains could only do so much. I didn't know to ask for an inside room when I made my reservation. The air conditioner/heater was pretty loud and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall but the carpet was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and towels. Overall, it was adequate for a one night stop on the way to somewhere else.

Was good overall. Pillow are very flat. Room keys were only setup for one day even though I had paid for 2 nights. Thats a real pain when you are the farthest room from the front desk.

We were in town visiting family. We typically stay at another hotel but it was sold out. Was a basic room, it was clean, walls were thin. Quality Inn tried to charge me for this room again...TWICE (once at check-in, then again at check-out) even though I prepaid thru [...]. Free hot breakfast was available but the line was so long, and there were no empty tables to sit at so we went next door to Shoney's.

full breakfast, but nut enough variety.

The onliy thing that we didn't like is that it said that we weould have a refrigerator in the room and we didin't and the next morning the hair dryer didni't work and I didn't have time for them to bring me a replacement one we had to go.

Two night stay while attending a wedding, had requested a non-smoking room, upon entering, room was definitely not non-smoking and had to change. New room was smaller had couple questionable stains on bedspread and recliner! I felt staff, actually manager, was reluctantantly accomadating even though I was appreciative of the room change, I just did not feel like a welcome guest.

came to watch my son play a soccer game. it was nice and clean.and fresh breakfast.

The room key didn't work. I had walk all the way back to the front desk with two of my kids and get new keys. There was no shower curtain in the bath room. Breakfast was a joke. I will never stay in this hotel.

This was a very nice hotel and had nice amenities. The only complaint I have is the breakfast area. It was very congested and they didn't do a very good job at keeping food out. There was a long wait. Needed more seating area. I will, however, recommend this hotel.

This Hotel experience was fabulous! I traveled with my two little girls from Arizona to Michigan and after a long day of driving I was so happy to walk into this extremely nice, convenient, CLEAN, non-smoking Hotel for our last night on the road. Low cost was a factor for me, trying to keep it under $100 and I was very happy to have found such a great place for such a great price. We will stay there on our way back for sure.
