Good but could use some attention details

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the 4th floor ice machine was not working, the hair conditioner in the shower was empty, and the little bar of soap for hand washing crumbled upon opening, making it useless. Breakfast had plenty of options and was available early and was quite tasty.

The room was fantastic. Slept great in a strange bed for the first night I was away from home. And the staff were all so pleasant - always saying hello or checking that all was good for me. Would totally recommend this place to my friends.
