Forget It

Despite not being able to make the trip because I was planning an unexpected funeral, and having stayed there many times for lacrosse tournaments over the past 20 years, this hotel would not honor a refund when our family was not able to make the trip. Hotels.com informed me that they canceled the room ahead of time, but they only canceled one room, not both, so one of the nights looked like I was a no-show, which is not the case. This is not the hotel's busy season. One would think they would not want to lose a long-time customer over $200. Whatever the rules are, they should have been more understanding.

Hotel Suites and Spa in Holyoke! 5 minute drive to Northampton Colleges and The Staff and Grounds are The Best, including sumptuous complimentary Full Breakfast - best in The Pioneer Valley!! And Famous Delaney House Restaurant is right next door! Traveling Solo for Business/Leisure.

Outstanding front desk (Jim) and restaurant (Ryan) service - helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed. Bathroom could use updating. Shower did not work properly- water only came out of shower head halfway strong. Nice breakfast options

My room was clean, bright ( a.m. sun!), comfortable, and quiet (on backside, overlooking parking lot). I love that there were no carpets and the bathroom was spotless. Hot tub was a treat after long car ride, but Jim at the front desk gets the prize for his courtesy, engagement, hospitality, and desire to bring me joy! I'll definitely be back...hopefully to room #416!

We had such a great experience at D. Hotel from start to finish. We were checked-in by an incredibly professional and kind gentleman, had a comfortable and quiet room, and were surprised by a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning.

The last guest food was left in the room I was told to place it outside the door I'm guessing others where told the same. The room down the hall had a trash bag sitting outside it. Door as well. The back door doesn't lock on exit. Toilet flooded they gave us the plunger we had to call twice for and no one came to mop of offered.
