This hotel is backed up to and next to a 24-hour commercial trucking company. All we heard all night was beeping from semi trucks backing up all night into the morning picking up trailers. the beeping from the trucks was loud and constant. also the gym was closed due to the AC not working and to top it off my wife wasn't able to make waffles in the a.m. because they didn't have any waffle mix. would not stay there again...use pink below to see pics from out the room window.

Good room with 2 comfortable queen beds. Bathroom was clean and had adequate supply of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Breakfast was good with decent choices for vegetarians. Staff were friendly and courteous. Only downside was that their parking lot was about a 100 yards away from the hotel. The basketball hall of fame was close to the hotel. Six Flags New England was also quite close. Good hotel for a family to spend a weekend in Springfield MA.

Hotel was nice and clean. Lady at front desk was nice and welcoming. Area was ok didn’t do much exploring. MGM casino is literally the next block over.

My kids love the hotel- the breakfast and the bedding and, there is a little pool on site. We love the staff as well. They are very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was perfect for being able to walk over to MGM Springfield. They have a couple parking lots a block away from the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Great breakfast! Wonderful room, spacious corner (710). Only complaint was very low water pressure in shower and some kind of heavy utility machinery noise during the night. Pizzeria around the corner is fantastic .

The breakfast was always well stocked, the pool was very comfortable and very clean, the room was clean and the temperature very easy to control, great blackout shades and not at all noisy despite being downtown. Jason at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would happily return!

Hotel is fairly nice. The area is not the best. Springfield is a little perplexing. Some places where fairly nice while other areas of town where almost ghetto. The drunk guy passed out in the parking area wasn't good at all. Casino nearby wasn't that great either.
