Great design, poor cleaning and neighborhood
Second time staying here in the last two years. It’s designed beautifully, but cleaned with little attention to detail. The beds are not very comfortable and the neighborhood and surrounding area has crime and some sketchy folks hanging around at night. There were a group of teens drag racing different cars in the garage the first night— very unsafe.

Beds are comfortable and it was quiet. The room was right next to the gym and surprised that there was such little noise! The television guide didn’t work. No fridge. The floors looked mopped but they were sticky. There is a convenient sound machine but that didn’t work either. Other than this it was very peaceful. I have previously stayed in the wellness rooms which are much better

Cool dining area. Although we wish we could have have tried the steakhouse but it wasn’t open Monday or Tuesdays. The casino area does become very crowded and someone definitely defecated themselves while we were there for a drink at the bar. The rooms themselves are clean and very cute and I can appreciate the bathroom set up. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Springfield

This property was very disappointing. The room was very outdated. When I went to shower there was no shampoo or body wash. The refrigerator in the room was very loud and kept waking me up at night when it kicked in. Overall I would never stay there again.

Friendly service , lovely rooms, the parking situation in the garage was a little so so..the type of crowds gathering could make you feel uneasy and the smell of marajuana was terrible. The hotel itself was great .

Nice place to stay, if you want to enjoy the casino, and the restaurants there, not sure the surrounding area is particularly appealing, but there is the basketball Hall of Fame, and some other things. All in all it was a nice facilities, and the casino was lovely and smoke free
