Very nice hotel!! Bed very comfortable and beautiful view outside window. Staff helpfull and quick.

I love the set up comfortable linen and great service, accessible to good eatery and places for fun would definitely stay again

all great but club access is cash bar and that was unexpected.

Great food. Easy access to highway. Friendly and helpful staff

We had a great experience, food was fabulous. Would recommend to family/friends.

Family enjoyed hotel. Good food and great service.

When checking in, I'm pretty sure we were the last customers to ride the elevator before it was subsequently shut down for the rest of our visit. Staff did not welcome me, I felt I was inconveniencing them when I walked up to the counter to check in. Absolutely no small talk was attempted by the staff. The speaker in our room's ceiling made a nonstop buzzing/clicking noise. There was nothing in our room to inform us of our tv channels. There was no information about area restaurants in our room so when we went to use the phonebooks supplied in our room (because there is no free Wi-Fi) they were from 2010-2011. So when we went to order our dinner to be delivered the restaurant's name isn't the same and neither was the menu in the phonebook! Their breakfast buffet was pathetic...spongey scrambled eggs, coffee was so bitter and nasty, even the apple juice was watered down with a plastic-taste to it. Just a nonpleasing stay!!! It was Valentine's weekend...wouldn't they want to leave a little personal touch in the rooms to make it a memorable stay?!?! Not to worry though...it was memorable...and I will not ever being staying at this chain of hotel again!!!

There was no vanity set in the bathroom. The breakfast is poor. The stuff is nice and attentive.

This hotel is in a unique situation . A beautiful property with a great staff , but the parking is a nightmare and truly wrecked my experience . Let me explain . At check in , I was asked if I would be parking at the hotel . I said yes and was charged $12.95 for the night . I am OK with that . Here is where the problem lies . I went to park in the garage and told it was full ? I am a preferred Starwood Guest , so I thought that was odd . I later found out that the hotel does not own the garage . I was then directed to a garage around the corner and across the street . This garage has some crazy token system , that no one explaned to me . When I walked back to the hotel "this is not exactly a safe neighborhood" I did not know you you had to get the token validated . Upon going back to the car , I could not get out of the garage , as there was no one in the booth and my token was not valid . I had to back out , find a pay station and try to figure out this mess . My wife and two young children were standing outside the hotel for about 20 minutes while this mess went on . I was late for my banquet and pretty angry to boot . I then had to repeat the process at about 11:30 at night walking back to the hotel . Not a good situation . Upon doing further research , I walked into the garage to find it half empty , but still blocked off . My parking charge was refunded when I complained , but I do not think I will ever stay at this property again . Big hassle , not explained , not safe area for walking . If this was my wife , I would have been horrified . This situation needs to be addressed or guests warned ! Thank you , Dave

Great location and very comfortable at a reasonable price.

Nice hotel. Great location. I will recomend it for gateways

Great getaway! Nice and clean and friendly staff :-)

Fabulous room. Spacious. Nice bathroom. Very clean. Amazing bed.

Arrived a little early but the room was ready. It was clean and even with a lot of traffic close by it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Easy to get to The Big E Fairgrounds and easy to return. Plenty of parking in garage. Have stayed at other Sheratons before and they have all been good.

Hotel is in need of updating. TVs were old tube TVs in the rooms and the Sports Bar. All furnishings were acceptable but old. Beds were comfortable.

Very comfortable, easy to find off the expressway. Courteous staff. Hotel sports bar was disappointing.

Hotel was clean but we were told that the room was "non-smoking" but it reeked of smoke. Also the sink was sluggish and there was no fan in the bathroom which caused everything to fog up. The front desk told us to go upstairs to use the free internet but failed to inform us that we needed a password. Knowing that we had our luggage with us at the time, we were told that to get to the garage we could use a walkway over the street but they failed to tell us we had to then walk down stairs with our luggage.

I have had the opportunity to stay a various hotel in my travels and I rank this hotel at the top o those I have stayed. To begin the hotel provides parking validation. Upon entering the hotel registration was a breeze, hotel employees were courteous and quickly to response to my needs. Hotel was very clean and spacious. My daughter as impressed with the internal view of the atrium with it color lights. Dinning experience was limited to the Pub at the hotel. Service was slow and the prices were a little in the high side for burgers and fries. This hotel is very close the Basketball Hall of Fame and other attractions like Six Flags New Emgland.Overall, I will recommend the hotel for either business or pleasure.

The service was quick and efficient and the room and hotel itself were very clean. Bed was comfortable. All in all, GREAT price and I'd go again. The only problem I had was the noise at night. Although, I did stay on a Saturday while there was a wedding going on. Can't blame anyone for that.

It was just what the Dr ordered.I am one who love good costumer service, it wa out standing. eveything that I want and more. I had one of the best room in the building. My room was gorgeous, smelled great and well cleaned. The view had me feeling like I was in the a picture. The price was unbelievabe for such a top of the line room. I had absolutly no worries what so ever. I can't wait to get the oppurtunity to get more rest. Im a blesse single mother of 6 with one on the way. I work very hard for my family and community. So getting a way at any chance I can get is so needed and appreciated with the special service I was given. i hope the next time I go take a break that I get the best price for my pockets and the best room. basically the same or better deal. i was so satisfied . So now when stress might hit or a hard day come I go settle down breath and think of my room I had. Peace auomaically comes over me witha great smile
