Loved our stay!!!! Staff was amazing!!!! Room was spacious. We used the microwave exhaust fan for white noise. Slept like babies. Loved Cal’s Wood-Fired Grill & Bar. Looking forward to our next stay in West Springfield.

The property was great for our family of 4 (5 & 2 y/o) weekend stay. The two bedroom was spacious that we all had our own space. The pool was nice and the breakfast was okay, had better continentals before but was acceptable. There were so many quick and easy places to eat around the hotel and the kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. We would stay here again.

When I made the reservations, mmths ago, I reserved two rooms, by each other. They were two floors apart. Our room, when we entered, the rug was wet. Went and got another room. Our 2nd room, had stains on the floor by the bed that looked like blood, stains on the couch, and the tub drain did not drain. For 300 eollars a night, was not worth it.

All the staff that I encountered in my 12 day stay were great. my only negative comment is that the every other day refresh of the room somehow got screwed up and then we were off schedule. I also think that there should be a "better" cleaning of the room on those days as well. Having said this, we did enjoy our stay and the staff that we encountered.

I paid for parking in Springfield, Outrageous. Will never stay here again of make are recommendations to anyone. If I need i had to pay parking? Checking in at 9 pm paid for a full day, checked out at 10 am paid for another full day. I will never stay at any of theese properties again , going back to Best Western
