I payed for a supposedly premium room and it was just a standard room nothing like the pictures. Be aware of what you're getting.

The staff was pleasant. The room was shabby--cobwebs, chipped paint, no clock, only one wastebasket, no bathmat. The wet towels weren't replaced.

Staff was friendly but the property condition left to be desired. Room was humid and smelled moldy the entire time we were there. Floors were damp, drawers were grimy/had evidence of water damage, paint was chipped in a few places. Bed was ok. Towels and linen were clean. Bathroom was clean. Location is great by car. The place has potential, nothing like a reasonably priced, decent, clean motel with no frills in a good location. Issues seem fixable, I’m hoping they get to it. I have stayed at other cheap motels/red roofs inn and this one didn’t quite hit the mark. We picked it because it was the cheapest option for the Big E; in retrospect we regret our decision.

The overall stay was not good at all due to the cleanliness of the room and the customer service. We paid more for an upgraded bedding and snack king suite and Within the first few minutes of checking in we found a dirty vaping device in the so-called clean bedding. The front desk attendant informed us we could not switch rooms or get our bedding changed because the hotel was at capacity. He was dismissive of our complaints and offered us no solution. We also found old room key cards in the bedding, further indicating the bedding was dirty and/or not changed. We discussed this matter further in the morning with another front desk staff and he was also dismissive, telling us to inform the general manager who was not available. We have filed a formal complaint with the Red Roof corporate office and will be contacting Expedia customer service as well.

They claim to have newly renovated rooms but it basically a new sink and decor. The bath tub was old and grimy. The bathroom door literally was falling apart. My bath towels at home are thicker than the pillows on the bed.

No milk offered at the low budget "coffee station" in the lobby. Bathrooms are tiny. You need to slide between the tub and the toilet to shut the bathroom door which does not have a lock. The sink is outside the bathroom.
