Everything was clean and quiet

Key card didn't work for 3 days which necessitated repeat visits to desk. Mouse traps set in 3rd floor room! Never a good sign! TV/Wifi good.

This is a dog hotel which is ok,but when your room is on the same floor as the dogs who started barking at 5 AM and continued to 6 AM without any hotel intervention then it is time for a new hotel. The room conditions are what you would expect for a dog hotel, ugh! Do yourself a favor and make sure you stay away from the DOG Floor. I am still itching from my night of restfulness.

Property was great! I also particularly enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet that's included. I would have loved to see more fitness equipment and access to the outdoor pool even off season....to the chairs and loungers. Otherwise it was awesome.

The bathroom door stuck, and was very difficult to get out of. One of the deadbolts didn’t work. The slider door to the balcony could’ve used a vacuum. The room we were in was right next to the highway. The heater was very loud when it started running and stopped, reminded us of an airplane. Location was convenient to the hospital. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was accommodating.

The hotel was pretty great for the cost, the room was decent size, comfortable bed, everything was clean, breakfast wasn't bad, pool was clean, etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but what you would expect. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the price was better than most.

Just there for one night. Rooms have been recently updated and are nce, but the common areas could use work. Pool was closed and empty,perhaps remodeling? Breakfast was sparse but okay. Check-in was easy and billing correct.

Horrible place. Would never stay again. Pool not functioning. Windows not insulated...you can hear the noise from the express way as if it was running through the room.

Room was just ok for 1 night. In room heating system was very noisy. Also, shower only, no tub and very hard to regulate water temperature.

The property is getting run down (peeling paint, pool is not usable, security cameras don't work, property fence falling down). The front lobby is nice. The pictures show nice bright rooms. My room had new drapes and bed scarf, but old stained carpet, old dingy wallpaper, and an old sliding door that the sides were taped. It is a typical chain hotel. It is on a divided highway, right next to the off ramp, so any time you need to go anywhere it involves making a u turn.

We have stayed here before. Each year it is a little better. A few small complaints only one of two elevators operating causing unnecessary delays, at times. Configuration of elevator not easily compatible with luggage cart. Limited offerings for continental breakfast. Healthy only, no sweetened cereals, no whole milk, no bagels. These are minor complaints and overall it is a nice hotel. Plan to stay there again.

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the inconveniences caused from the key card. As for the traps, it is not a mouse trap. It is a trap for black beatles that tends to get into rooms during the change from Summer to Fall. Those sticky pads were set by the pest control for that reason. We can definately assure you we do not have mouse running around in our hotel especially in the rooms. As much as we would like to add more equipment to our little fitness center, we are unable due to the space constraint. Same goes with our outdoor pool area. Under our license agreement, we are not allowed to leave the area open to guests when the pool is not operational as it is a hazard. We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused.
