The property is getting run down (peeling paint, pool is not usable, security cameras don't work, property fence falling down). The front lobby is nice. The pictures show nice bright rooms. My room had new drapes and bed scarf, but old stained carpet, old dingy wallpaper, and an old sliding door that the sides were taped. It is a typical chain hotel. It is on a divided highway, right next to the off ramp, so any time you need to go anywhere it involves making a u turn.

We have stayed here before. Each year it is a little better. A few small complaints only one of two elevators operating causing unnecessary delays, at times. Configuration of elevator not easily compatible with luggage cart. Limited offerings for continental breakfast. Healthy only, no sweetened cereals, no whole milk, no bagels. These are minor complaints and overall it is a nice hotel. Plan to stay there again.

nice people clean but wish breakfast was better good location for everything in springfield esp big e got there in about 10 minutes a lot of restaurants and store on road nice to have

When I arrived around 10 PM the hotel hadn't received the reservation I had made several days prior. The manager was working the desk and quickly reached out to get my issue resolved. He was also friendly, personable, and what every weary traveller wants to see when they arrive to their destination. I wish I could say the same for the room. From reviews here and elsewhere I know some of the rooms have been redone, and it appears mine was one of the ones still in need of work. I travel to Springfield multiple times a year for dog shows, so if I could be sure to get a clean room on the first go I'd stay again just because of the desk staff. However, I think I'll go back to one of the other pet friendly hotels in the area instead.

The room was ok but the hotel was a dump. It was rundown and being used for homeless welfare recipients. Room service was lousy and continental breakfast was horrible

But, the towel rack in the bathroom is in convent . I couldn't reach the towels unless I got completely out of the shower. There was no place to hang clothes or my wife's robe. We found a used coffee pouch in the coffee maker. There were no stir sticks, and no creamers. I saw in the add indoor Pool, but it was closed. The add also said Breakfast, I saw up an grated Continental Breakfast..

Let's see, outdoor appearance didn't look to bad but then you enter. Very rundown looking. Key machine was broken so we had to get the clerk anytime we wanted to get in our room. In the main hallway there was what looked like a big blood stain. Kinda creepy. The toilet leaked, the sheets were stained. Floors dirty. Is a non smoking establishment but reeked of smoke. Mildly hot water in shower and no water pressure. TV and heater worked well. If it wasn't for the fact all other rooms in the area were booked I would have left. When asked to change sheets and fix toilet they just gave me a runaround. VERY DISAPOINTED!! Not worth $120/ night

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. For the price I think it is one of the better places I have stayed in.

Great!! Clean, I am a returnee. Suggestions, first be sure to include WiFi password information either in the room or with the Key.

stayed here for a trade show at the Big E. Close enough, room was fine. the hallways and exterior are misleading as they are rund down, but the rooms are actually not too bad. cozy enough, we were just fine. woudl stay again when i come back next year

Was there for the Goodguys All American Nationals great stay for the money new bathroom and a good night sleep.

we travel for business all the time and try to always find the cheapest hotel possible that not a fleebag. this was a good deal at $89 per night. had a nice pool, clean room and nice restaurant attached. asian food was actually very good

The staff was friendly. Location was perfect. Room was decent. Bathroom was clean. Only thing was pool wasn't opened just yet. But other than that it was pretty ok. I'll stay again if need be.

Bathrooms need updating!! Beds comfortable and clean.

We visited family when we were there.

Check in was fast and easy. I've stayed here before and always had good service. But this time the room was not very clean esp the bathroom.

The room was not up to standards even for the discounted price I received. My room needs a complete overhaul. TV Remote battery was dead, lights, clock, TV, etc were not plugged in. Room has been heavily used. Hallways, elevators need a face-lift. The location was great, easy to get to, gas right next door and plenty of dinning options close by.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great, the rooms clean, the pool we didn't use (had no time) but plan on staying here again next year!!!

The Quality Inn was a uncomfortable place to stay. I could not relax or enjoy the evening the room was stuffy with mildew stench. The bathroom was disgusting, not clean. To top everything off I felt unsafe there and could not sleep, if you stay on the ground level your window is a huge sliding door the width of the room!!!! I'ts class and only a bolt holds everything together. It did not help that the staff stated their car got stolen off the property!!!!!!!!!!

Off ramp behind the hotel The pool Still dark even with all the lights on.
