We left a day early due to the barking dog next to us. The first night, there was a group of boys yelling with the tv blaring until after midnight. We have children, and no one was able to sleep and my kids were terrified. Then, when we returned the next day after our outing, there was a dog barking NON STOP in that same room. we decided to pack up and leave at the risk of us not being able to sleep yet again.

Excellent experience! We stayed overnight after an event in the Springfield, MA area. Parking and access to highway was easy. “Pop Art” decor was an appealing variation to other hotels we have frequented. Continental breakfast featured many options including an on-demand pancake maker with pumpkin flavored syrup to fit the season. Nicely done!
