This is an older style motel with room access separate from the lobby. Rooms face the parking lot. 1st floor rooms have sliding doors that open to the lot. 2nd floor rooms have balconies. Tons of noise from outside. Deadbolt did not work. Not as advertised.

The worst hotel ever, the room smelled, towels were hard, not white but dingy,curtain dirty and ripped, under the bed was filthy, the door lock wasn't secure, carpet was dirty, my pillow smelled like urine, the sheets were dingy lookin, Overall the place looked scary. The room has 2 doors and a small little unsafe balcony. Terrible. NEVER AGAIN

There was nothing to like about this property. I booked because it seemed reasonably priced with decent reviews, but was extremely surprised and disgusted upon entering. The main hall had a terrible smell... something like moth balls and a vacuum belt that had caught on fire. Just awful. I was hopeful it was just the hall, but it was our room as well. We opened one of the doors to the outside to hopefully air it out, to no avail. On top of that, our sheets and comforter both had stains. There was still trash in the trash can, which consisted of a petrified/moldy pretzel. How long does something have to be there to get like that? And the real icing on the cake was that it looked like someone had used buzzers on their hair in the bathroom. There were tiny hairs all over the floor, the tub and the toilet. We told the staff that the room was not clean and that the smell was unbearable, and he offered to cancel the room for us. He didn't, however, inform us that we wouldn't be refunded for the first day's stay, even though we absolutely did not stay there. Over all it was just a terrible experience and we wouldn't recommend staying there.
This is the residual hair and gunk after my spouse had already tried to flush it away (when we thought we were just going to tough it out)

The room was simple Enough had stuff like microwave and mini fridge. One of the first things noticed was the shower head and faucet where leaking constantly. and the second was mold on the ceiling above the dressers. Didn't bother to take photos as we where not in the room for anything but sleep. The cable tv was not working properly cutting in and out. 3 out of five for the stay.

The price matched the quality of the room. The staff was nice and was nice to have a balcony, however, the room needed a better cleaning and improved tv channels - no espn?!?! The carpet was moist/damn, as was the bathroom floor. Thankful to have brought slippers. The bathroom floor had pieces if hair on it. The towels needs to be replaced as had stains. Didn’t get the best sleep but we survived and got what we paid for - an inexpensive room off the highway and near our destination.

Loud Rude Cold and Smelly

Staff was rude and hostile towards everyone. Food service was terrible and never served hot. The hallways smelled of dirty laundry and stale cigarettes. Housekeeping was very loud and rude.

Rude, mean, and stinky

Staff was ill-tempered and somewhat hostile, and breakfast was not cooked well and not served hot. The hallway smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty laundry.

I have stayed here for the Big E in the past. It's been refurbished since my last visit but still shows its age. The location is right off the Mass Pike which is great for travel but can be noisy for the same reason. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was well stocked and had plenty of selections.

Won't stay here again

Older man checking us in was very rude, not friendly and it seemed like we were bothering him by checking in, not a good first impression of the place. Sheets had some stains on them. Toilet had been used in the room and not flushed. Cleaning staff and morning breakfast lady were pleasant. Was not worth the $200+ a night it cost. ( entire area lodging seemed to be really high this trip, time of year maybe idk?)

Hotel itself was ok, room was clean. Tv did not work, called front desk, they tried to fix and didn’t succeed. Said they would call management but it was already 10PM. Ended up fixing it myself after 20 mins.. will see if I get a credit or something in the morning.

I booked 4 rooms for a wedding, I called to cancel 1 room due to an illness. The property sent me a cancellation notice prior to the stay but will not refund the 1 room for one night even given the circumstances and even after emailing me the cancellation. The other 3 rooms were used.
