The owner is stuck up, but the workers are nice. They charge your cards more than they should. I stayed and paid for my days, immediately after checkout I was charged again making me pay double. They don’t refund deposits either. When you ask them why you got charged double they will say their system authorizes it automatically. I spoke to my bank and pulled the transaction history, they put the money on my card and immediately charged me again. SHAME. Now waiting for a dispute. Another guy who also stayed there for about two months reported to me that his account was being taken into the negative and he had to pay the extra fees because of their overcharge.

Nice room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, well stocked kitchenette, lots of electrical outlets, lots of coat hangers in the closet, good tv channels, nice pool, free and ample parking, free coffee, laundry room, small gym, near a lot of stores and restaurants, people at the front desk were nice especially Mitchell. My only suggestions are to put new carpets in the halls as the one on my floor needed replacing and also the fan in the bathroom didn't work. This hotel doesn't have free breakfast but I don't usually eat free hotel breakfasts anyway and the price / cost of the room was great. They don't clean the room every day only upon request and you can get new towels whenever which to me is a good thing. The room was well stocked with towels etc. so I really didn't need anything anyway. I've stayed here before when I'm in the area and will continue to do so.

Door key wouldn't work so unless I bothered staff to get in the room, I was pretty much stuck in the room. Management key worked, programmed key didn't even after new cards issued

Good coffee, but the hotel needs to supply Stevia or Truvia; a sweetener that does not contain the carcinogen: Aspartame! Would be nice to have a few pictures on the walls of your hotel room. I like that shampoo, soap and conditioner were all in pump bottles. I liked very much the little room that contained frozen foods, fresh fruits, boiled eggs, snacks, and coffee.
