It was hard to get our room serviced even though we asked each day for 5 days.

Its cheaper. Dislike that they do not have breakfast for 3 days for my 5 days stay. There is no room service daily (cleaning, towel replacement, and no shampoo provided. Sink was very slow to drain water.

The room smelled like marijuana and they had a shower cap on the smoke alarm which I am sure violates fire code. Door keys stopped working on the second day locking me out. Pool was shut down breakfast was shut down guest computer and printer didn’t work. Basically everything was broken or not open.

Accomodations were generally ok, but when I tried to shower in the morning, the shower didn't work. I asked for some reduction in rate. The person at the counter said he would 'add a note' to the bill. Unacceptable.

The room smelled like stale dirty smoke, there was no hot water and the hotel knew it and didn’t tell us and didn’t care when we brought it up at check out. The lock pulled off the door and the window screen was ripped in a ground floor room.

First of all, I called directly to the place to ask if they had early check-in and was told 3PM was the earliest. I show up at that time and then am told they don’t check in until 4PM and “besides, the room isn’t ready because they’re sanitizing it.” After waiting for the room to be ready I finally check in. The first thing I notice when I was lo in is the horrible cigarette smell. I was suppose to get a non-smoking room but the room was clearly penetrated in smoke. Then o go to the bed and turn over the sheets and there’s hair on the pillows and in the sheets. I couldn’t get another room because they were “booked on a Sunday” or I’d have to pay an additional fee. Definitely not sanitized and I don’t think they even switched out my sheets. I felt gross sleeping there and I couldn’t wait to get out and shower in a different place.

The room was very run down. Plastic cups for coffee, sink did not drain, hole in shower wall, batteries in tv remote were held in with scotch tape, very dirty floor

I was there for 3 days and met 4 staff members and they were so friendly and accommodating. The only ding I would say was there was only coffee and juice available for the morning breakfast, but overall it was a great clean place

Room was a reasonable size and clean, but "tired-looking". Toilet kept coming on and off all night. and had stains on the inside. Wash basin faucet not working correctly, making it difficult to turn on and off. Breakfast was mostly breads and pastries -- not something we eat. They were out of yogurt until the next day. I ended up having a hard boiled egg and coffee -- my wife had only the coffee.

The man working when we checked in was great. He was very friendly and chatty. It’s sad to say that our interaction with him was the only positive experience we had at this hotel. Our room was nothing like what is pictured on the hotels website. It was more like a nasty dirty run down two bedroom apartment. I found a dirty towel in one of the bedroom closets, the lock on the bathroom got stuck anytime anyone used it, the kitchen had a sour smell in it, and if you walked around without shoes on your socks turned black with how dirty the floor was. I seriously question if housekeeping actually gave us clean sheets and towels. Nothing that should be white was white. In the morning before we left we stopped in the lobby to check out the free breakfast. There weren’t any plates or bowls and finding an employee to ask for help was a challenge. When an employee was found she mumbled and walked away as if requesting plates and bowls was ridiculous. Needless to say we won’t be staying at any Ramada locations after this stay. One good employee doesn’t make up for the false advertising, dirtiness and other rude employee.

We found a sock under the sink and a beer in the freezer. The room was obviously not cleaned. There was no chair for the desk along with no writing pen anywhere. The carpet seemed like it was from the 80's. The alarm clock was broken. The remote wouldnt turn the tv on or off just change channels and volume (not that big of a deal but compound everything). I usually dont write reviews but this room was very disappointing for the price. About the only thing i can say positive about it was that the water pressure was great. Will definitely never be staying there again.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
