SkyView Retreat is 3,275 sq ft and includes 3 levels of luxury living space, a hot tub, and multi-level decks to enjoy including the rooftop deck with breathtaking panoramic views of the Smokies that include a propane gas fire pit lounge area, a 65” TV and an additional seating area under a retractable awning. The home is located in a private, and peaceful natural setting. We do have neighbors. Please respect our neighbors and everyone will have a good time and create memories for a lifetime!

✔ Level 1 - Gourmet Kitchen/Open concept living and dining for 10, picturesque wall of windows, large 75” Roku TV, main level deck with an intimate seating area, propane grill and hot tub, arcade and ping-pong table in gaming garage, half bath, family games and puzzles, exterior door and access.

✔ Level 2 - 3 bedrooms, one main bedroom with 75” Roku TV and sitting area, large luxury bathroom ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms with 55” Roku TV’s and another full bathroom. Each of the 2 additional rooms has a single rollaway bed. Futon in shared living area will sleep one. Laundry washer & dryer.

✔ Level 3 - Sitting area with pull out queen sofa sleeper, mini fridge, roof deck with Outdoor 65” Roku TV, multiple lounging areas and Battle Putt for some rooftop fun.
