Didn't need AC but heat in one side of the room was inoperable. This was supposed to be a deluxe room. Paint in bathroom was peeling and the shower bar was broken. Only two small pillows on each bed. The alarm clock/night light did not work and we were told it was just there for looks. There was no overhead light in one of the bedrooms and only one small bedlamp. The coffee maker was very small and we were only furnished two little packets. I wanted to call before arrival to make sure everything was in order because I was taking my 97 year old mother and 85 year old aunt but couldn't reach anyone. The phone in the office was seldom answered. I booked this motel based on the high reviews, but thy must have been made 20 years ago if our room was any indication. If this was a deluxe room, I would hate to see a regular room.

Cleanliness is a 10… puts some bigger chains to shame . Quite… not in the middle of all that tourist traffic…. Bathrooms r tiny … but clean… great water pressure . Beds r perfect … newer carpet . Tv could be bigger … absolutely will stay here everytime from now on when my family and friends visit pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg !

WE had a great stay at Mountain Aire Inn, the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend staying at this hotel, close to restaurants, great shopping, and close to Dollywood!

The staff was very nice. They tried to make my stay comfortable. The pictures were a little misleading. Pool was closed and it was still getting up in the high 80s during the day. It was a much older inn than what the pictures were showing. For me and I my husband it was ok but I would not have my family to stay there. It was directly on the road and the noise level was very loud. But for the price it was okay for a 3 night stay

We arrived late at night. Staff was super nice and helpful. Locked myself out of the room once. No problem. Got another key from the front desk right away. Room was clean. Got to park right in front of my room. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely would stay here again.
