We needed a reasonably priced hotel for our quick trip to Dollywood, glad I found this place it was in a great location ( 5’min drive ) to pigeon forge and Dollywood but far enough away we didn’t have to hear the crowds on the street. Added bonus its right next door to a breakfast restaurant! Staff was friendly, room was very clean considering the hotel has some age to it, parking was easy. only downside was you could hear the cars going by at night, would definitely stay here again.

Room was older, but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were good. Bathroom was clean. Older tile but in great shape. Door had a gap, but the heat worked fine. Staff was nice. Parking was good. Would stay again. Price was great !

The front desk women literally took a scan of my credit card and kept it when I gave my card during check in. I told her that it was illegal to do that and then she immediately hid the scan of my card into some other paper work. Room also had several bugs that we had to kill ourselves and the bed sheets looked pretty old. Only good thing was yes the place is cheap, but so is the overall quality.
