The hotel was clean and quiet. They allowed pets which was great! Hot breakfast in the morning which made us happy. Pool was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Had a nice stay.
Very disappointed. Check in was easy. The AC unit in the room was not operating properly. The fan would not stay on constant hi. The switch would only stay on low. When the compressor kicked on it would make a low growl and then the fan would go on high. Very disruptive for someone who sleeps with a fan as background noise. The WIFI was not working for 3 days out of my 4. The breakfast wasn't much. For 3 days is was the exact same items and then on the 4th day the link turkey sausage was replaced with patty turkey sausage. Everything else was ok.

Breakfast was less than expected & ended quite early. Our door had to be slammed in order to shut it. We had only a shower & no bathtub to bathe our small children. Parking was limited. There was only 1 ice machine in the building, on the main floor.
The WiFi didn't work with our phones. We couldn't look up anything without turning it off. The hot breakfast was so-so. After eating it for one day my husband and I couldn't do it again. The bathroom door is a sliding door and it took some work to get it open and closed. There were several times that I thought I somehow managed to lock myself in. The room was clean and perfect for the two of us. My husband and I got the king-sized bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. We would stay there again. It's close to The Island at Pigeon Forge and the Titanic Museum but not close enough to walk to them if you want to do that. Side note: don't stick your room key anywhere near your phone or they'll stop working. We've never had an issue like that until we stayed here.
The room was a value, bed comfortable. Everything was clean, but dated. I would stay there again. I would not take my wife. Staff was terrific.

1. No internet the entire visit 2. Bathroom does not have an actual door for privacy instead a sliding door 3. No fan in the bathroom, almost fainted in shower 4. Killed 2 bugs-not roaches I do not plan to use this Sleep Inn ever again. My family & I were very disappointed; next time I will get an cabin as I have been doing for years

Please kindly note that we have wonderful team available 24/7 who would have gladly assisted you with the ac unit if only notified. As far as our WIFI we sincerely apologize - the wifi was completely out of our control - it was our 3rd party vendor who was having issues with their equipment, which was replaced as soon as it was delivered to our location. We are also sadden to learn that you did not enjoy our variety of breakfast items - our location serves coffee, 4 different tea types, 4 different juices, bagels, 2 different breads, 4 different danishes, 3 different muffins, pecan swirls, croissants, honey buns, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, flavored grits, different flavor oatmeal, 3 different types of cereal and more.
