The rooms and the bathroom at this property is very dated. The carpet in the living and bedroom were extremely old and dirty. It had not been cleaned properly. The check-in was a nightmare - the lines were very long and checkin staff uncaring with a phony 10 second smile. Check-in staff felt was doing a favor to check us in after we waited for 25 minutes standing in line. Had to ask for a property map and that too was a lot of work for them to hand that to me. Extremely rude staff unfit for the hospitality industry.

Fantastic location without all the traffic of the Main Street properties. Great pool and activities for the kids. Easy access to all the local attractions and restaurants.

The property was very clean and the location was in a convenient area.

i like the rooms i like its got indoor and outdoor pools and activites i like sally i think thats her name at service desk wish i would of talked to her Wednesday when i was trying to book another nite i sure i would have then didnt like the water wasnt hot enough and not enough water pressure didn't like the two at the service desk Wednesday 4/17/19 about 5pm she didnt try to help me much and he did try either but did have a great time in Tennessee thanx

The rooms were spacious for hour family of five. It was quiet and perfect for our last minute get away! The pool areas entertained the youngest one the most but the teen boys still enjoyed splashing around.

Super clean and roomy. Couldnt believe how cheap it was too. Location was great as well.

Experience at the hotel was great! We had to check out a day early and were told by hotel management to contact Orbitz to obtain a refund for the day. Indeed we have been charged the full amount by Orbitz. My attempt to call two Orbitz Customer support lines as well as emailing our request to you has accomplished nothing. You simply do not respond to our request. I have challenged your charge for the day we did not stay. You ask for a rating of our experience, but do not account for a billing issue nor answer your customer support phone lines!

Nice hotel close to restaurants and attractions. Room was very spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is that we had several lady bugs in the room.

Location very good, no chairs or sitting place in bedrooms and some living rooms only a sofa.

Room, indoor and outdoor pool area were all clean. Kids loved the arcade and playground!

Very expensive for what you recieve. One staff member had a very nasty mouth on him (chandler). Almost every other word was a curse word or a smart comment. He was not professional at all. The outdoor pools heater was broke the 4 days we were there. The lazy river was full of leaves. The indoor pools were closed early several days. Then they were no longer warm. The putt putt has a few rinky holes. It looks like one of those putt putt course you can buy offline and put together yourself in less than an hour.

nice, decent place, well furnished, clean. excellent outdoor pool complex. front desk staff was ultra sweet. rooms were inviting and well maintained.

Bath Room wasn’t too clean upon arrival 2 dirty wash clothes left hanging on shower and a tooth whiting syringe left on back splash in bathroom, other than that rest of rooms were pretty clean. Construction was going on outside my room was very noisy starting around 8am until around 5pm did not care for this at all. I do feel that customers should have been told of the noise upon checking in and offered options of refund or another room was no warning of the noise!!! Also if you don’t answer your door daily the room service person just walks right in your room, needed to be an available sign to put on the outside of the door as to where room service would be needed as room had plenty of towels this was a plus. Water park was good kids loved it, but seen several kids get hurt including my son on the balance beam in the middle of the pool outside not safe at all especially the hard yellow things on each end of it. Kids outdoor splash pool was freshly painted night before upon our second day of going to the park no signs were posted at all stating wet paint once me and my 5 yr old got in the water and got paint all over us only then we knew it was freshly painted huge disappointment!! Location was close to about everything we needed from shopping to eating out. I do feel the place is a bit over priced and should offer breakfast. I probably would stay again but would definitely call ahead to make sure no construction was going on around the location of the room.

We offer a heart felt apology your stay was anything but perfect. We have remodeled all rooms and bathrooms, this winter all carpets will be replaced. Again, we apologize, what you describe is certainly not standards that over a million of guest have come to love at The Resort.
