Love this place. Second visit to stay here. We are always pleased with the friendliness of staff, clean rooms, and never over crowded at the pools. Thank you for a nice place to stay

We went during the winter, and the indoor water park was perfect for my 3 year old son. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The pool area is fantastic for younger kids. However, the rooms are a bit dated and beds are very firm. A huge plain sign on the building says "Condos rented weekly" so that's a good clue about the room furnishings. Housekeeping only comes every couple of days to replenish towels and take trash. They do not make beds. I can live with that. However, there are no ice machines or useable vending machines anywhere onsite. The arcade featured about 4 working games (8 total, I think). If you get a really great deal and need to confine kiddos in a kid-friendly pool environment, this is a good option. If you have teenagers or want other amenities, this is not where you want to stay.

overall great value, no hassle, the best location, quite, wonderful staff, would highly recommend to all

Overall experience was good, housekeeping was slacking in a couple of areas. Would definitely stay again. Rooms and amenities were very nice. Beds are hard...

We were very disappointed in our stay here. The room was very outdated and the shower/tub was very dirty. The towels in the bathroom were very small and not soft at all. Our room was through a door that led to two rooms. We thought this would be a plus since it would mean that we'd be separated from the hall, but what it really meant was that we had extra noise from our neighbors from two doors closing every time someone went through and from people banking on the hallway door to get their attention. There also was not adequate parking available for everyone that was staying there either. So even though the staff was very pleasant, we would not choose to stay here again.

Great place for families to stay a lot of fun for the kids with indoor and out door pools . Rooms were big and kitchen were great to have

nice area, room was clean. Hotel is centrally located.

This is a family place. If vacationing without kids stay elsewhere.

Hotel location was perfect for our mid-week get away to attend The Thomas Kincaid Christmas of Light production at the newly opened and renovated Palace Theater. Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Will return in warmer weather to enjoy all the hotel amenities.

Very nice room, quiet location off the main street

Great pool and water park for kids, comfortable suite

My boyfriend and I went away on a weekend getaway for Fall break from school. We loved our condo, perfect for just two. The only thing I wish was that the hotel cleaned our room everyday by making the bed and gave us laundry detergent because we forgot to bring some with us. We had so much fun and there was soso much to do right near the hotel. Walmart is right down the road so its perfect for anything that you may have forgotten.

The hotel was nicer than we expected! The pools were great! The kids spent a lot of time both indoors and outdoors! The room had plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids! We didn't realize they had a little miniature golf place for the kids too! We also got some great coupons for simply being a guest! The only thing that was disappointing was parking. My husband is on crutches for a broken leg and parking filled up fast. We had to walk quite a way from the parking lot. We will definitely stay again when visiting with the kids!

I was a little nervous staying somewhere I had never heard of. But from the moment we pulled up we were completely amazed! It was close to all the touristy places we wanted to visit, and met all of our expectations!! The room was huge and was very nice. We loved the outdoor pool area and how nice all the staff was! Will definitely be back again!

Very nice. It has everything in it. I would recommend.

Our stay was generally pleasant and was pleased with the amenities the resort offered. There were 2 areas that I would note for improvement. The televsions were not the latest high-def models. We had to go down the street the the Buffalo Wild Wings to enjoy watching football. Also the bedding was lacking in every catagory. They were not comfortable at all. I would definitely upgrade both areas I just mentioned if I owned the unit we stayed in.

Wonderful location in Pigeon Forge close to many attractions and Gatlinburg. Rated 2 from 1-5: The hotel does not clean rooms during your stay unless requested. (Only towel exchange and trash pick up). Rated 1 from 1-5: The wireless internet had a ridiculously poor signal. *** Nonetheless, the pros SIGNIFICANTLY outway any of my nit-picky cons.*** I cannot stress the level of attention this report focuses on families. The indoor and outdoor pool and recration areas along with the outdoor Jumbotron movie night was spectacular!!! We felt like we were on a cruise ship. I highly recommend this resort and give much kudos to the pleasant 5-star staff.

Pool and waterslides were awesome. And beds were very comfy too. Exceeded my expectations.
