Our stay was great, room was really nice and spacious. Only downside was the pullout bed in the living room, you could feel every spring on the mattress, had a hard time sleeping on there. Room was very clean though and kitchen well sorted for all of our needs. The hallways did smell of cigarettes and dirt, good thing was that the room did not have that smell. Indoor pool area was pretty small for the amount of kids, hoping that the outdoor pools are being renovated. Would definitely recommend for a weekend stay. Hopefully they can change out the carpets in the hallways and put some air fresheners throughout the buildings and elevators. I did like that they also had different activities going on throughout the day for the kids.

Our room was amazing. The washer latch was broken and they fixed very quickly. The outside area is really nice. I was disappointed in the indoor water park. Needs refurbished ASAP. The splash pad was unusable in my opinion - the pad is crumbling apart and there was rust all over.

Very nice and clean.

Very comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool and water park is really tailored for little kids. The gym was terrible. No weights, mats, elliptical. Only recumbent and 2 other bikes. Broken treadmill. That was disappointing

It is a great place, just not worth the price for the location. Putt putt not maintained, video games out dated and took your money. I’ll say it again great setup but dated, and very expensive. You do you have to wear a wristband, the whole entire stay, made it somewhat difficult to sleep, and the kids didn’t like having it on all the time. It makes it easy for the staff understandable but if you lose it, you gotta pay for another one kind of a inconvenience.

Having kids vest available at the pool

Rooms could be more clean ,smell in hallway when we have kids and families !!!

I love all the kid crafts you do! I didn’t like the bed or bedding

Don’t believe the photos, this place is run down.

Excellent place

The sofa bed was worn out. Mattress was extremely flat, basically the sleeping on springs. Stove was also unclean. Indoor pool area also seemed very unkept- water had an awful hue and seems outdated. Everything else was fine.would still stay again, but just some things to consider when thinking of the price. Also, the environment didn’t seem very African American friendly, unless you are traveling with or associated with someone of the majority race for the area (white or Indian).

Our room was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dinner area and a kitchen. The Fall Festival was going on and the grounds around the resort were decorated beautifully. Sitting by the fire pit was very relaxing. Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this resort.

We were shocked!!! It was amazing!!! We saw pics from the internet but had no idea how lovely this hotel was. A fabulous stay and we would love to go again but it’s a 2 day drive for us to get there!

really enjoyed our stay. everything was great really recommend this place especially for family and kids
