No manager available on site during the stay. Spoke with front desk staff following the stay and asked to speak with a manager but have not received a response as of today.
Newly updated, very good breakfast and staff were very friendly.
They did not have the room we reserved and prepaid. Had to sleep on a roll away. Even worse three was no warning nor even at check in.
The property is undergoing renovation so several parking spots are taken for storage of materials which makes it difficult to find a parking spot when coming back from dinner. They need additional parking behind the hotel. The breakfast is sorely in need of an upgrade or overhaul. Pancake machine was not operational. No orange juice, which is crazy when you are in Florida, and the Florida’s Natural plant is just up the road. No fresh fruit of any kind was available, not even a banana. The help yourself refrigerator had a label for hard boiled eggs, but there were none in there. It is a nice property and if I were to visit Sebring again, I would stay there again.
Checked out on Friday after one day of 3 day reservation. Front desk said that cancellation needed to be handled with Orbitz since it was booked with them. Holiday inn processed payment at the time of check inn. Orbitz contacts hotel about refund. Hotel denies refund. will now have to dispute on AMX. Tom at front desk said they decided to stick to terms and conditions.
Friendly staff members, decent parking, but the cleanliness was pretty bad. The shower and toilet had some hairs on them in obvious places that made me think they haven’t been cleaned since the last person was there. The toilet bolts (where the toilet is attached to the floor) had gotten wet somehow and it looked like either rust, or blood, was leaking from them. The sheets and pillows were clean, overall everything else was good, it just didn’t seem cleaned.
The manager, Maritza, and staff are above and beyond excellent. Would give 6 stars if I could. They were so kind to my father with dementia who came into the front desk repeating himself with questions before my arrival. When my drivers license was lost on the trip from San Diego and had concern about my delay in arrival, they kindly called me to check in. The manager stayed a few minutes late for me to sort out details since I was a few miles away. When a crucial, overnight package arrived, they called to confirm receipt. They read my mind of concern even though I had never asked for verbal confirmation. This will be the only hotel I will stay in Sebring, FL. This hotel experience will keep me loyal to the Holiday Inn Express brand. Their service is worthy of concierge, boutique hotel available only in large cities. They helped transform a stressful trip into a more peaceful stay. Please accept my humble thanks to all. I will be back.
Staff was accommodating but for the pool being closed and the hot buffet breakfast being gone the price for a stay should be lower. Stayed elsewhere recently and the pool was open with limits on occupancy.
The room was very nice, but due the virus situation there was no allowance for sitting down in the breakfast room.

Excellent breakfast! An unbelievable variety of food, and all very good. Love the pancake maker! Also, very comfy beds. Great stay overall. I'd definitely stay here again for a business trip.
This hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We were only there for one night but I wanted to stay longer because I was comfortable. It was in a good spot not to far from dining.
Room was not ready, requested a king size bed down graded to queen room. Staff was like well take it or leave it. Room was OK
