Would stay again

I've been to much more impressive hotels at this price point but this was for a business trip. I imagine Hyatt bought this hotel and rebranded it because it definitely didn't have a 4-star hotel feel. Location was good. Near a lot of tourist attractions including the Public Market. Make sure you plan in advance and buy food/snacks. The little shop in the hotel had nothing but overpriced water, sodas and a few choices of candy bars. Not much at all. The mini marts that were close to the hotel all closed early. They do have a cool Amazon mini mart around the corner where you just scan your Amazon Prime QR code, shop and walk out. It records your purchases without a cashier. However, it closed like at 6pm. Also, you were supposed to tell the front desk before 11am if you wanted housekeeping services or new towels/shampoo/toilet paper. We told them twice way before 11am and neither time, did they make up the room or provide towels/toilet paper. When we arrived back from sightseeing and told them, someone just came and left a garbage bag full of towels and shampoos by the door. I don't even think they knocked on the door. Expecting a little more from a 4-star hotel at this price. This hotel was for a business trip so it did the job but definitely would look elsewhere if I was paying for it.

I'll start with the check in - fantastic! Not just mine, but I witnessed others checking in had a seamless process. The room was amazing - clean and modern and kind of funky. There is a hotel restaurant/bar and a pub kind of at street level. The area is walkable during the day...at night, one would need to be careful (which is normal in big cities at this time). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Facilities were clean and the staff friendly. Parking situation late on a Saturday night is terrible. Rooms should come with reserved parking. No mention of it

Clean and great location .

Great location - easy walk to Pike Place Market, monorail to Seattle Center, downtown shopping. Room was comfortable and clean. Due to COVID, there was no regular housekeeping unless requested.

Prioritize customers request

While it was really warm in the lobby, the room was cool & very well appointed. Staff were all very friendly and really appreciated the luggage hold amenity!

Loved everything about this place. A pool/hot tub would make it better for sure after the city walking all day. Close to everything!!! We walked two blocks to light rail for a marineers game, rented electric scooters out the front door we drove all over downtown. Walk to Pike Street Market. Location was perfect. Staff, A Cautionary tale would just be to be mindful of homeless when out and about. There were none directly on hotel property that we noticed, but there is a major homeless problem in Seattle that likely won't get any better with local government. Again, just be alert. We had no problem other heartbreaking to see knowing somewhere a mother is worried where their child is and the smell. We will visit and stay again at this hotel.

On a four night stay, on each of the first three mornings we requested housekeeping to make up the room. The front desk happily agreed, but housekeeping… never came. Not once. We neatly piled trash in their bins and outside the door, but it still accumulated and waited the entire trip. Used towels were reused. The room and the hotel itself were nice and well located, but sadly housekeeping didn’t exist for us during our stay.

Quiet, friendly, close to everything. Only downside was all the boarded up businesses around the hotel.

Super clean, beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance of popular sites.

Great hotel!!

Muhammad at the front desk was so welcoming! Made our stay that much greater.😊

Clean and safe! We enjoyed our stay very much. Great staff! They went above and beyond for us. We called down for clean towels and within 5 min they were brought to us with some water bottles as well. The water front view was beautiful. Thank you so much Motif!
