Great location. For the price was a good hotel. Staff was friendly.

The lobby looks great, until you get to the elevators. 20 stories, 4 elevators, only one of them works. Spent the first 2 nights waiting at least 5 minutes for the elevator each time because it was jam packed by time it arrived at floor 12, and one person in my party could not take stairs due to recent knee surgery, so it was not an option to take the stairs. By night 3, 2 elevators were working. The rooms are dirty. There were cheezits in the couch and toenails on the floor, and the light switches were sticky and smudged with varying colors of gunk. The elevator situation hinders staff from being able to even get to your room to change out towels. It's a good location, but not worth the hassle. At checkout expect a surprise amenity fee.

Our room was excellent and had a great view of the Elliot Bay. The room was clean and very functional. The elevators are out of date and slated for updating soon.

Great location. Room flooded by sprinkler head and moved to another room. Restaurant is run down bit good food

Great for shopping while still walking to waterfront. Reasonably priced with very friendly staff.

Took a long weekend in the city. Motif has an excellent location for just about anything you could want. Art, food, shopping, tourist attractions you name it... The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the view was ah-mazing!

The staff very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. So uncomfortable.

Comfortable room and close to public transportation and tourist spots. Quiet although close to elevator. Preferred separate restaurant /bar below hotel to the one inside hotel. Good to have choices.

This is a great hotel to stay in while in Seattle. You are in the perfect location with a easy walk to the Space Needle, Pikes Market, and the Original Starbucks. The hotel is clean, newly updated with a parking garage, two places on site to get food and drinks. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are newly redone. My husband loved the HUGE flatscreen tv. The beds were very comfotable. The hotel has just completed a multiple million dollar renovation to all of their rooms. Everything in the rooms were new and fresh. Loved staying here.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The location of the hotel was beyond perfect. Everything we wanted to see was well within walking distance, besides SafeCo Field and Century Link Stadium, but then again, a nice comfy pair of shoes will justify the commute.

Went to see a Seattle Seahawk game and chose this hotel. It was right downtown Seattle. Rooms were CLEAN & location was very CONVENIENT!

Staff are very courteous and accommodating . Rooms very clean .very happy with their service . Will definitely recommend.

旅游来此酒店很方便,走路去中国城15分钟,去景点也很方便,shopping附近很多商店,酒店床很舒服

Pretty good location. Walking distance from many attraction areas. There are also rental bike everywhere in the streets making it an optional transportation.

Great room! Large for a hotel room. Great maid service. However, restaurant lounge has live music and DJ's and plays into the early morning. You can hear the music in your room. Also, we arrived to the hotel late in the evening and the customer service for checkin was slow and not very welcoming.

Good location, nice restaurant there & nearby, clean room happy overall

The hotel staff was professional, and engaging. When I requested extra coffee for the Keurig machine in my room, on the way out the door for the day, it was waiting for me at my door upon return. The hotel was clean, the bed was great, and I would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel, staff, & location. We booked through Orbitz and we had additiona cost for each day; internet, parking, etc. I know there was probably "fine print" on the reservation, but it always kind of stinks when you have an additional fee after you get a "great deal!" Stay at the Motif and you will enjoy Seattle!

loved the check-in wine- very helpful with our last day when we were flying out late. comfortable and very convenient

It was a gorgeous hotel with a fun patio area. Very clean and staff was wonderful.

We appreciate you taking the time to share about your recent experience with us. I apologize that your experience was far from our high standards and unacceptable. We are in the middle of a complete elevator refurbish. This does mean that we have to take an elevator out of commission until they are complete. I am sorry that this project affected your stay with us. Thank you for your detailed notes on the cleanliness of your guest room. Your comments have been shared with the Director of Housekeeping to be addressed and corrected immediately. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future. Rachel Edwards--Director of Guest Services
