The property is a bit older, and noise can be an issue—you can hear people walking, sometimes even stomping, above you. The bathroom toilet also makes a loud noise, almost like boiling water, every time someone flushes. On the plus side, they offer early check-in for an additional fee, which is very convenient. The staff is also very friendly, and the location makes it easy to get where you need to go.

The room was smaller than expected. The bath was outdated, the bathroom sink was located in an odd spot away from the toilet and tub. Room did not have a microwave and guests had to go to a different part of the hotel to use a shared one. Overall not the quality expected from The Hyatt.
