The beds are just a bit more comfortable than a block of cement. When asked to get some fresh bath linens, was informed we'd have to leave the next morning . When asked why, was told it was because we had 2 parrots in our room! I made this reservation 3 weeks before the actual stay and I clearly stated we had 2 parrots that would be traveling with! Upon checking in, they had no problem with the parrots! In fact they were more interested in our birds than their paying customers

Kitcken is a descent size. Very good room to stay in, its very cozy.

Super friendly staff , safe and quiet . very pleased for value , would recommend and will come back :)

Disappointed, went to get grab and go breakfast at 6:20 and it wasn't there. At 9:30 I gave up and went to a restaraunt.

Just a room and a shower. The TV had about 5 working channels the others were blurred or looked like a snow storm. Definitely had the worst continental breakfast I've ever had

It seemed like the place was functioning on its last effort. Other than the pleasant front desk lady, our experience was bad. Bed not comfortable. Only 3 pillows and asked for an extra but never got it. No restroom in the lobby upon our arrival. Room was ok but motel 6 is more comfortable.

There were no dishes in the room. You had to go to the front desk and ask for specifically what you wanted. No cups for brushing teeth. No paper towels or napkins. At a previous apart-hotel I stayed at two weeks previous, all the above were included. Continental breakfast was just apples, prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Coffee was the only beverage.

Convenient location, but continental breakfast was really sad= One stale muffin in cellophane, two choices of Nature Valley granola bars, bruised oranges and no juice, only coffee to drink. One stocking footed pass over room floor yielded both human and animal hair. Lint visible on floor.

Saved me lots of bucks especially moving out from the Hampton inn in southcenter. Had same room ammenities for half the price. Guess management should work on getting newer carpets, better beddings etc. Overall, can't complain, but couldn't wait to move into my apartment. 1 Staff was pretty helpful.

It was ok for a place to sleep one night. The room smelled like smoke.

We felt like the hotel needed major updates. Kitchen was missing many items normally in kitchens. We also had concerns about our safety, area and other customers were scary. I would not stay with children because I was concerned about our safety as adults.

We booked a room with a full kitchen so that we could prepare our own meals. The hotel requires you to ask for utensils and cooking implements. The room should have these items already in it when you get there. I don't want to go to the front desk at 11pm to ask for a glass. Also no hairdryers in the room unless you ask. I've stayed at several other Extended Stays before and this was one of the most inconvenient. There is little insulation between the walls or floors. Sounds like a pack of elephants romping above you when someone walks around.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was very nice I only wish they have housekeeping everyday instead if me having to go get fresh linen and towels

I really enjoyed my stay. I have been to other extend a stay hotels and this one has been the best.

It was pretty nice the only thing that got me was the musty smell and te dirty towels other than that it was okay.

The location is okay but the room is clean and relatively bigger than other hotel rooms. Staff is nice and polite.

This hotel is a few miles from the airport, but the value makes it worth it. Nice Hotel, Nice Bed, Nice Bed Linens, nice furnishings. Nothing felt bad about this place. Glad I made the drive. Best value if you don't mind a 10 minute drive from airport.

Good value for the price and currently going through remodeling. Room had very minimal utensils and cook ware. Not enough to really prepare a meal that used more than one pot or pan. Hotel did not have a Business Center, needs to have one for travelers.

what grab and go?

Disappointed, went to get grab and go breakfast at 6:20 and it wasn't there. At 9:30 I gave up and went to a restaraunt.
