If you're on that new carb-only diet you will love their breakfast. There's not a crumb of egg, meat or fruit in the breakfast, but just muffins and breakfast bars.

The staff was awesome and professional. They were friendly and very helpful. The property needs some help. The condition of the property is definitely not in the class I think of when i think of an extended stay hotel. The property wasn't really dirty per se but had the feel and smell of a house that's been a rental too long.The breakfast was sadly lacking, consisting of small pre wrapped muffins and bad coffee. There were no blankets or bedspread on the bed when we checked in, called the desk and blankets were sent up immediately. The pillows were thin and lacking in number. Requested more pillows and received 2 additional pillows when they became available. This hotel did not offer any amenities such as, pool, gym or restaurant. I know this review makes me appear spoiled and hypercritical and I really am not but at $300 for 2 nights I expect a level of maintenance, updates and cleanliness which l do not feel was met.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful ,running her behind off doing everything for everyone and the person around the corner that i couldn't see ,was asked a question buy staff member and she mumble with attitude,like didn't want to be bothered my room didnt have anything in it and due to coffee shortage i couldnt get but 2 coffees, and was told the order has not come in ,no cups but i was able too use 2 forks ,no ash trays,no cups .

I really enjoyed my stay as usual. Deanna, Amanda, Kristen and all the staff are amazing. I will be back

I have stayed there for 10 years on trips but no more

It was overall just fine. Weird that they had smoking rooms. Elevator was dirty and smelled like cigarettes and pot. There wasnt any signage that said the name of tge hotel on the outside.

Very bad hotel. The carpet was stained, the plumbing was slow in the tub, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Walls were stained, chairs stained, headboard stained, bed skirt stained. Counters were dusty, appliances were dusty, dresser and nightstand were dusty, towel rack was even dusty. The entire room smelled and the walls were paper thin. Key card stops working every time it touches keys, cell phone or other cards. Breakfast is "grab and go", meaning tea, coffee, and oatmeal on a tiny stand in the lobby. Manager Terry is rude and brusque. I witnessed one staff haranguing someone on the phone who was asking about nightly rates. The only good thing about that hotel is the staff Reese, she was super nice and helpful. I thought about complaining to staff about the room but why bother when the other reviews are so bad and they certainly couldn't shampoo the carpet and wash the walls and headboard for their customers.

There was a loud water pipe from a neighboring room that made a high pitched sound for the length of their shower but other than that it was very quiet, helpful staff. Pretty basic but it was generally clean, quiet, and convenient.

Checked in. Went to the room and then back to the lobby to check out.

Stayed here many times the brand itself concept with coupons ability to book through them it's okay but 3party deals usually best way for speeding less. Some of the places maybe a little dirty in the hallway or front desk area but overall I give them a 4.4 of 5. Oh Extended Stay America one area to consider giving back to your guest former and new is keeping their money in house, correct? Well then if you want loyalty to keep open I would change a few simple low cost ideas. Coffee all day hey one way to keep anyone on America happy free coffee, honestly it will give you a higher star rating and when you give back you will get back. But the mentality is not give to receive it's to give freely. Honestly the cost of supplies and coffee and employees labor can be a tax write off expense. Okay keep the dishes clean and in the room it is not fun or ideal to make multiple trips. Oh and lastly maybe a piece of candy on the pillows sharing is caring and the reason I can state my opinion I have over 20 years hospitality restaurant hotel experience.. well maybe one of my suggestions will be implemented ESA think outside the box give a little to gain alot.

Nice place to stay and was well in budget. Towels needed for kitchen and or sponge to wash dishes or not quite sure how it works if not required to wash dirty dishes and pots and pans. Other than that good place and channel selection. I'd stay again.

Or flight was cancelled we were extremely tired. We showed been there at about 11 pm but because of cancelled flights we didn't get to the hotel until 7:30 am they told us we had to check out st 11:00 am but was going to let us stay until 12:00 pm at the latest. We arrived in the room dead tired. The room was freezing there was not a comforter on the bed only a sheet, and there was no pillow cases to the pillows, we called they brought the pillow cases but said they were short on comforters. We never did get a comforter. We froze but we were so tired to lay down after being up for 24 hours we didn't care. There was no hair dryer. And the bed was hard as a rock. We were glad it was a short stay.
