Beautiful old building. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Room was small and the gym needs a major boost!
Loved location! Very quaint and I felt safe in the area.

The Queen Anne Hotel was a fun and eclectic place to stay in a really versatile and safe part of SF. We parked our car on the public street parking with no problem. The building was unique and very old with lots of character.
Awesome staff, they were very prepared for Everything going on right now. Very clean, kind and close to attractions and beach. Even gave us a free upgrade for our special stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love the cleanliness and attention of the staff. They were very helpful with maps and tourist information. They had a computer and printer at the desk ready to print out our boarding passes. The coffee and tea in the lobby were great. We didn’t do the $20 breakfast buffet which looked great but didn’t ...
I felt like our stay was pretty good. Staff was kind and service was good. The room itself I felt was a little over priced for what it was. $300 a night for very basic amenities is not ideal.

The room was welcoming and the view was breathtaking. I will certainly visit again.
Excellent location. Staff quite helpful. They altered room rate to include perking at a lower rate than we got on line. Concierge responsive and had good restaurant suggestions. Long walk and stairs to lobby if in back tower can be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.
We loved the history of the lobby. Beautiful hotel.

I thought this hotel was quaint and cozy -- it reminded me of my old NYC apartment! Or a hotel in Europe! For the cost, this hotel has everything you need for a nice stay in SF. I enjoyed the continental breakfast on each floor -- I was able to run out for a cup of coffee in my pj's -- perfect! The ...

The property is old and showing its age. The rooms have been refurbished, and were very clean. The hallways are narrow and dark. We loved the staff. All were extremely helpful and courteous,
Super close to the BART station. Easy access to the buses, walking distance to lots of restaurants and theaters, Staff was extremely helpful and kind.
