The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a few minor critiques that would not deter me from staying there again. The blackout curtain in the bedroom did not cover the window well and left quite a large gap for light to shine through. When the fan from the AC/heating unit was on, it made a constant annoying sound which was resolved by simply turning off the fan. The most annoying issue was that I could not take my usual hot showers. The water temperature was warm, but I like the water pretty hot and it only stayed truly hot for a few minutes. I did not mention any of these little issues to management but I'm confident they would have happily addressed them. One last thing, beware of the additional charges. I paid $50/night on top of the room charge for state occupancy tax, convention and tourism tax, and parking fee.

We booked a 2 bedroom room about two months in advance and when we arrived they don’t have availability of the room. That happened at 2 am and the only option they gave was to cancel the prior reservation and make a new one for two separate rooms. We are a family of 4 so my wife and me we had to stayed in a separate rooms with the kids making very inconvenient. On top one of the room’s AC was broken, thankfully was cold weather but still hot inside of the room. Breakfast was short of food all days we stayed. A definite no coming back hotel for us.

Staff was very accommodating, room clean. I was disappointed that I did not get breakfast as it is not served until 7am on Saturday and I had to leave prior to that. I was able to get coffee but there were no cups (I had to use my own mug). Also, you have to pay extra for parking, even in the self-park areas. These items were stated in the agreement, if I had taken the time to read it. I wanted some ice for my soft drink, but no ice bucket or plastic bag in the room, when I asked at desk, she said they didn’t provide that but she did find me a plastic bag.

The employees are very kind and the breakfast options are some of the best I've seen offered in a continental setting. Our only negatives were the fact the refrigerator in our suite kept turning off so our food spoiled and the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

This hotel had a nice downtown location. It had ample space for our party of five, which was great! The breakfast was your typical food service breakfast, but what do you expect included in the price of the room? Parking worked for us, but it is an additional cost per vehicle per night. I would stay at this location again.
