Very friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. The pillows are awesome. Just wish there were more shopping options within walking distance to the hotel. But then again, you can't have everything. Right?

Next to convention center, right downtown. Close to events. Beautiful venue, great staff.

No like is very very old. No LIKE the people en the front is No friendly.

Booked a standard room space was big with a great city view from the 9th floor.

The room is outdated. The temperature in the room was not regulated well by the system. You either frize or we're burning up. The shower curtain was too small for the tub and no matter how you adjusted it , you could not keep it closed when showering so water got everywhere. Lamps had burned out bulbs we only had one lamp that worked and you couldn't see the display in the clock. If you wanted to watch TV that was a pain. The remote you had to fight with to change channels and the service pixalated terribly.

It would have been nice if there was a continental breakfast. My daughter had a audition at 7am. The nearest grocery store was 5 to 7 blocks away. It would have been nice to be able to grab toast or fruit. As it turned out, it was noon before we ate anything.

Great location! Clean Hotel! Would stay here again!

Didn’t get the room I booked, only one elevator worked out of 4, ice machine wash broken on our floor

They have a unfriendly policy of charging extra fees if one arrives thirty minutes before check in time, even if they already have rooms available. There was no way to plug in a lap top computer without unplugging lamps or the coffee pot. It was not business friendly.

Easy access and fast check-in.close to event center and downtown activities.

So i should have read the reviews befor i booked. The hotel is outdated, the pool is tiny, the hottub is tiny and cold water comes up through the seat. Kids running around the pool area until midnight. The gym was so bad i did t even try to get a workout in. The free weights only go up to 40lbs. Parking is $15 even though your room is $150 to $240. The breakfast is overpriced like crazy, dont buy it, theres a sweet waffle plave a mile away. The only nice thing is the $25 pet fee. The bed is firm, pillows are soft and not supportive and the comforter is nice and heavyish. I called the front desk after getting back from dinner to let them know my refrigerator wasnt working and i had stuff i needed to keep cool. I was i formed that they would send a new one up right away within 15 mins. Well an hour and half later i get tired of waiting for someone to show up. Funny how they say 100% satifaction guarantee on the key holder and yet when you request something to be fixed in a room you paid for, youre just ignored. I even mentioned it when i checked out and all i was told is they will look into it. Lot if good that did for me. Also the walls really are paper thin. I would not stay here again and would not recomend to stay here.

We stayed at the Radisson for 2 nights. The rooms were really comfy but small, and there was a fridge but no microwave. We had an issue with our reservations, and the staff would not let us back in our room during the day between without making us feel we had done something wrong. They also charged me for an extra day, and the front desk woman was really rude on the phone. The pool was empty (which was nice) but is awkwardly located and is somewhat dilapidated. I will definitely choose a different hotel in SLC when I visit again (the Hilton Garden Inn was great), especially since this one was one of the most expensive options.

The lobby was clean and updated, but the room was definitely lacking. There was terrible stains on the carpet, wallpaper coming off the walls, black mold on the ceiling in the shower. If they want to have return guests I would suggest updating the rest of the hotel and not just the front lobby (first impression).

Better late than never. I stayed here in September. Our experience was amazing, top of the line. From check-in to check out. The lady that checked us in was very polite, excelent service, great conversation. Room very clean. Let’s move to dinner that night, we went to the restaurant 15 min before closing time (we asked if it was ok), we were treated as if closing was no where neared. Our waiter was great.. let’s move to complimentary breakfast, it was amazing.. our waiter I believe Andy, young man ( sorry if I forgot the name) very attentive, all other girls very attentive too, all staff was helping each other with the tables. Very interested in their customers. When we checked out great service too. If you are in Salt Lake City, Utah you must stay here!! #comfybeds #AMAZINGservice

Hotel was close to a mall and also to all the Mormon buildings. The tabernacle choir was wonderful and inspiring. Transportation to all the interesting places is there for you to use, such as: the trax system, tour buses, rental cars, and Uber cars. We enjoyed the visit tremendously.

Food was great at the Copper Canyon. The clean staff went out of there way to get me what I needed in my room.

Close to everything I needed: Convention Center, Temple, Shopping.

We were made aware of the $15 charge for parking when we got there. Turns out we didn't even need to pay it because the next morning (Sunday) the gate was open. We were told about the restaurant inside the hotel. We were excited since it would be super convenient with kids. Eat elsewhere because it is so expensive for what you get. $13 for a burger and fries was not worth it. I would have gone elsewhere, but with the traffic and hungry kids we decided to bit the bullet. The lobby is very nice and the staff checking in an out were very helpful, but the room did not match the niceness of the lobby. It felt dirty just being in it and we only used the paper cups because the glass ones were not cleaned properly. The carpet was dirty as well. I felt like I needed to shower in scalding water after leaving.

Negatives: didn't get the requested king size bed room but 2 queens instead. No big problem there and I am sure they would have moved us if we asked, but we got in late about 11:45pm and didn't really care that much. The first bed we laid on collapsed on one side (guess having the 2 beds paid off) Positives: Best pillows ever!!! Close walk to everything we went there to do. Staff was incredible. We told them about the bed on the way out and she was so greatful we told her and promised no charge and seemed worried that maybe we needed that bed which we didn't. 4 elevators which made thugs go quicker.

Good Day Radisson Traveler, Thank you very much for staying with us and for taking a few moments to leave a review about your stay. I am sorry we do not have a continental option available, but we do have a number of 'grab-n-go' items in the coffee shop and I apologize, but they must've given you the address to the wrong grocer as the nearest is less than 1 mile from our hotel. Nonetheless, we do apologize for the issues you experienced and appreciate you letting us know. We do hope your daughter was able to perform well in her audition! All the best, Radisson Front Office Manager

Good Day Radisson Traveler, We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We did get the 2 of the 3 elevators working Friday evening in order to alleviate the majority of the foot traffic and appreciate you letting us know about the ice machine, we will get our engineering department right on it. As for the room you booked, I do sincerely apologize. This unacceptable, and I will speak with my front desk associates about the importance of being detailed in our arrival process. Thank you for advising us of these issues, as we will use them to better our service and facilities. Thank you, Radisson Front Office Manager

Good Day Radisson Traveler, Thank you for staying with us and for taking a moment to leave a review. In regards to the extra fees, our guaranteed check-in time is 3PM not 12P and we do only charge early check-in fees if you are looking to arrive before noon, which in this case was 1130A. I am sorry for the issue you experienced with lack of places to plug in your devices, however; thank you for letting us know as we will address this with our engineering department. Thank you again and we do hope for an opportunity to welcome you back. Best regards, Radisson Front Office Manager
