Check in/check out was really easy and quick. The staff were super helpful! The room itself was mostly clean save for a dead roach in the room. The AC wouldn't stay on most of the night and I was unable to get the faucet for the tub to work at all. Otherwise it was a decent stay for my trip! Bed was comfy and it stayed pretty quite overnight.

The room itself was nice but they had poor job done for the bathroom cleaning, which was disgusting. They room was also an adjacent room and the people next door was quite noisy so I had to request to change the room. I appreciate that they listened to my request but also wish if I did not have to make this request, and hope other guests won't suffer the same issue in the feature.
