The Coffee Shop billed my room for someone else meal of $96.00. Sure it was unintentional, but spent over an hour trying to get straightened out. Finally after4 days it was taken off my credit card.
Parking was hard and we didn't see wheel chair parking the space could have been taken.
Slow and unsecured internet. Everything else was fine.
The hotel was perfect for what I needed a quick place to rest. The two things ito point out are that the walls are pretty thin and this is a spot for your busses so complimentary breakfast is like a cattle call that has nothing to do with the hotel though. They did their best.
The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The exterior of the hotel could use some TLC, but the rooms are generally clean and pleasant. The value is consistent with what you pay for.
First night was great. Second night the front desk person was pounding on our door saying he had an emergency call from ur room. We did not call. This was 1:30am. 😞. No sleep from then on. Super noisy.
The hotel service was excellent. the area of the city was noisy, the parking lot and grounds were clean and well maintained. the room was clean but needed repairs done to tile in the bathroom. one electrical plug didn’t have any power, I forgot to tell the front desk the next day. Overall, a nice ...
Hotel was nice, all we needed was a place to sleep and shower. It was a good $50 room with close access to the Vivint center.
Great place! Friendly staff. Clean and cozy. Affordable.
