"Needed tissue and towels in the room. Called front desk for my needs. It did not come. So I went and request again, still nothing so I went looking for housekeeping, the lady just had an ear pods on listening to music, I had to raise my voice for tissue and towels and final got the items. Bath tub drainage was clog, was just holding up water, took about an hour before it all drained. Per the online website, the property had a swimming pool, upon check in, we were told there was no swimming pool on the property. The front desk clerk knew of this, why is it still on the website. The website should be updated. Lastly some elevators did not properly work, the wait time was too long. One elevator there were at least 7 to 9 people at a time"
