Flights Review

Feb 12, 2020

Very short exit row seats

Jan 8, 2020

Lacked leg room, row 15

Sep 8, 2019

Very rough landing

Sep 1, 2019

I paid to upgrade my seat which happened to be an exit row seat. No one informed me the seats do not recline. It’s a 5.5 hour evening flight. I cannot relax and am very unhappy with my seat.

Jul 10, 2019

I do think it is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay extra for seats; it’s paying for air! We have a family of five and that is just too expensive overall.

Aug 23, 2018

Could use charging stations on seats

Jun 26, 2018

Have enough seats that don't cost extra.

Mar 4, 2018

I did not know I was entitled to one free checked bag. I paid $60 for the two I had.

Feb 6, 2018

Airlines are skimping in overhead compartment space. This is disgusting - especially in winter, when they know people need to bring heavy coats with them, etc. It’s disgraceful. I was lucky, on this flight - I PAID for extra legroom and, therefore, boarded with priority, so I got overhead room for my stuff. I sympathize with those who were not as fortunate.
