Dec 6, 2019

We asked for wheelchair assistance and they were great and even moved our seats closer to the doors. Our luggage was all wet inside our bags because of leaving it out in the rain in Salt lake City.

Overall, I had a very relaxed trip!

Was very thankful for the upgrade. With my bad knee the leg room was amazing. I will definitely fly with Delta again.

Dec 30, 2018

Check-in from home was fine, but once at IAD airport, getting luggage checked was a joke! There were only 2 humans taking luggage and the line was as long as the ticket counter was wide! At Xmas more agents should have been available. Flight departed/arrived on-time, flight attendants were accessible. Captain warned us the ride would be bumpy (much appreciated) - and it was. As always in Coach (aka "cattle call"), seats are too close - both on each side and to the seat in front.
