After checking in and going to our room we found the bed hadn’t been made, but the Hyatt front desk was great and upgraded our room to make up it! Hotel is very central to downtown and there is scooters everywhere to get around on! Rooms are spacious (even our original room was great).

Felt brand new and was told it was recently renovated. Gym was fresh and very nice. Not a lot of variety but perfect for travel workouts. Room was fresh and clean. Recommended!
