Nice and comfortable hotel conveniently located close to ski resorts and the city.

Wonderful, spacious Room. Super comfortable bed, strong shower pressure, great view of the mountains. Only thing not perfect, Windows VERY dirty, affected the lively view, and room needed dusting.

This place is perfect, location is right between the airport and Alta/Snowbird. So comfortable, clean, and spacious. Even great colors and decor. Perfectly appointed kitchen, quiet space, and excellent breakfast included. Outdoor space included pool, hot tub and basketball court.

excellent experience but the walls are rather thin

This was our second visit to this hotel. The first visit was flawless. This one had a few bumps in the road. We were told we were on the energy plan which meant that our room was not cleaned and no clean sheets were left on the first day. We corrected that with the front desk but nothing was done on the second day. By day 3, everything was fine. Our room this time was a bit smaller and having a dog bark across the hall was a bit annoying at times. The staff is always friendly and does whatever they can to make our stay more enjoyable.

Great visit to salt lake. Nice hotel and staff was very nice.

I don't think we will ever top our experience at the Residence Inn. Fantastic place to stay. Great room, great food, great service and great location at the foot of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains!!! We will never stay anywhere else than Marriott's Residence Inns. Loved our stay!

The room didn't feel clean and then I found a handful of trash and an empty water bottle behind the nightstand ( it sat out from the wall by about 8 inches. Also, when I asked the front desk where I get ice they said your freezer...didn't you turn it on??? Like I should have known to do that. ( this was my first time at a residence inn ( and my last) then they have me some ice. Also the bed made my back sore as if it was a cheap bed.

My husband and I were in town to visit family. The hotel was lovely. We had a nice room that was handicapped accessible. Neither of us are handicapped, but we want a hand-held shower, so we always try and book a handicapped room. The room was clean and comfortable. I was looking for a "do not disturb" sign for the door and never found one. Finally figured out that there is a magnet on the refrigerator that you can put outside of the door on the metal door handle/lock. Didn't figure that out until we were leaving. The breakfast was tasty....normal hotel fare. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms was very clean and comfortable. I always like staying at residence when traveling a lot because it gives me a little home away from home with having a mini apartment setup.

Many locations shops and food with in walking distance. Drive to nearby mountains are very close.

great location near the canyon roads. Near restaurants and convenient to everything.

This is my 3rd stay at this establishment. The breakfast is good and service very good. Rooms are clean. I was here for business, but would definitely stay here for a ski vacation.

The room was clean, spacious. The kids liked the three TVs, so everyone could watch their own show. By utilizing the kitchen, we saved some money, eating in a couple of times. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast - the food was good and there was a good variety. It was further then I thought it would be from downtown Salt Lake City, about 20 min.

The staff was very good but the room I stayed in was not good. The phone did not work in the seating area and the room smelled. I did not complain as I was on there for the night and I am nto confrontational by nature. I have stayed in marriot may times but this is the worst experience.

We arrived late in the night, about 9:30 p.m. and we were greeted with the best smile from Ms. Ruiz, I believe. Breakfast every morning was all I could ask for and more; even my 13 year did not complain! I needed an extra blanket for my son, and my the time we got back from our outing, the sofa bed had been laid out for the night with the extra blanket. The room was equiped with all you need, full fridge, the kitchem was loaded. From our location, we went to the Family Library in Salt Lake City, in order to do some reasearch on family genealogy. What a fantactic place. We arrived by 10:00 a.m., and didn't leave till 5:30 p.m., becasue we were hungry. You would need at least a week, the information is so vast. We also went to Park City, Big Cottonwood trail, and all the stops in between, what a sieght to see. If you're into out door activites, then this is the place to vacation. And this Residence Inn was only 15 minutes away from the airport. The airport was very clean and well organized also. We would with out a doubt, come back to this Residence Inn Cottonwood.

Residence Inn's have always been our team choice of hotels to stay across the country for all of our tournaments! Geat service, rooms and early morning breakfasts have helped our boys tremendously in the early mornings before practice or games! Great location! Will return again!

Thank you for staying with us! As you discovered, our hotel is the closest Marriott to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. In fact, the ski buses stop either right at our hotel or at the park and ride less than 3 minutes drive from here. Right now, we are in the midst of a snowstorm that is delivering more of the best snow on earth. Time to book your next trip here! Thanks for posting.
