The only issue we experienced was the bartender in the lounge was less than friendly and a little curt. Otherwise the stay was great!

Loved the room. The staff and wait staff. I just wish for the price that there was something more like breakfast... something added. Did not like the fact I had to pay for parking -- should be free.

I really liked that the pool was open until midnight. You don’t find that very often and it was nice to know we wouldn’t have to rush to get pool time in.

I had paid via Orbitz for my room and had been billed prior to checkin. Being billed for a second time upon checkin was an unwanted surprise. Also, the beds provided were not queens, but doubles. Other than that, great hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location for any downtown fun. The open feel of the hotel is awesome. Bed was great, the rooms are huge and the amenities are wonderful.

So the property itself was fine. The Mac and cheese in the restaurant is phenomenal. However, there was misinformation regarding WiFi and the shuttle service from orbitz. In addition, we did a split reservation through orbitz, and when I called the hotel regarding it, the front desk rep said even though it was a split reservation, we would be in the same room they would just reactivate our keys. On our first “checkout” day, we took our keys down to be extended and the gentleman at the desk said we had to switch rooms! I explained that I called and that I was told we wouldn’t have to, and he asked who the rep was that I spoke to as if I was lying. Eventually, he did let us keep the room, but that encounter, in addition to no free WiFi, was a huge red flag and will probably result in me not staying at a Hilton property anytime soon.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service was excellent to/from airport and around town

Older property that is poorly updated. Bathtub filled with water during each shower and the facility did not care about this problem. The comforters were stained with blue streaks of something or another. Breakfast was a rip off at $18/person.

Close to downtown. Convenient check in and parking.

Very noisy; sounded like our window was cracked open, but I couldn't find where it would be open. Even with ear plugs in I heard cars revving engines and idling throughout the night after 10pm. Bed was comfy and overall everything was clean.

You hope for water to take a shower... But not in our room. When I called... The offered to let us shower in another room... BS... And when I complained... They offered me a cookie. Pathetic. I would not recommend this place.

Super friendly staff speedy check in clean rooms great big walk in showers and super Delicious cookies

Good location, friendly staff, and as always - great cookies!
