good location, ample free parking and good free wifi. the room is clean and enough space. quiet. only thing lacking is the breakfast. would be nice if they supplied something a little more substantial than all carbs. but overall good value.

I liked the location, the room, and the price. The lobby and exterior weren't the best.

Not a welcoming environment, it’s a rathole.its super sketchy and not what I thought I was going to be staying in after looking at the online pictures.

There was some issues with check in and the room, but these were quickly corrected. The maintenance man, John, was great.

Overall clean and comfy bed, but the air conditioners are too noisy, even on “low” fan. Internet connection is extremely poor. If you don’t use your phone for a few seconds - you get disconnected and after that you have to find the network again, connect again and type a password again - this is ridiculous. If you want to check your email - you have to keep your phone’s screen on 24/7. No power outlets near the bed. In fact there are only 2 outlets in the whole room. Never seen such a hotel

The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The exterior of the hotel could use some TLC, but the rooms are generally clean and pleasant. The value is consistent with what you pay for.

It served it's purpose. Needed to rest. I was on a layover for transportation to another state and I just needed somewhere to bathe and rest my head.

It is a Motel but inside is clean acceptable for what I needed (I just needed a clean place to sleep) Staffs were nice and it worked out nicely. I usually stay at more fancy hotel for travelling, but this was good enough (clean inside) and price was very reasonable.

This location is dirty and rundown. The carpet had numerous stains, the wallpaper was bubbled, peeling and stained. There was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was hair from the previous occupants shave in the bathroom. The shower tiles were painted, perhaps to cover up mold? There was a blood spatter in the bathroom. Cigarette butts were all over the property. On the plus side, checkin was quick and efficient.

Comfy bed.... fine for a quick stay...... Ok. Close to state buildings

I enjoyed the Tempur-pedic mattress at the hotel And they had nice flower beds

I was only staying for a short time and wasn't looking for much more than a bed to sleep in so I didn't really care too much about aesthetics or any bells and whistles. This is definitely more of a MOTEL experience but, hey, that's what I paid for and that's what I expected so I'm not faulting them for that. But for the person who is going to be having an extended stay or is very picky about things being updated and fabulous I would not stay here. Its VERY bare bones. No closet in the room. The bed is huge and supposedly Tempurpedic but I didn't find it comfortable. Very Firm. It must be the cheapest model that tempurpedic has to offer. The bedding consisted of a thin fleece blanket between two white top sheets so its not a fluffy, plush and pillowy comfortable experience that one might expect. The guy at the front desk was not particularly personable. Almost seemed like he was just filling in for someone and didn't really care. I had come early and hadn't realized check-in was not until 3 and I was told I would have to come back. It would have been nice if they had at least done a courtesy check to see if maybe there was an available room for me to check in early. They do have your basic complimentary breakfast and you can make your own waffles which was a cute little touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and not terrible. The location was fine. There is a little fridge in the room and a TV. Overall, fine for a cheap Motel.

Looks very simple from outside, but great location and great price, close to everything. Room was comfortable so as orthopedic mattress. Staff was very nice and did let me enjoy late check out.

Not over the top, but perfect for an overnight solution. The shower didn’t work perfectly but the bed was nice and comfy. The front desk was really acoomadating and provided some extra bath towels. Overall it’s a good solution for the price.

Be warned! Black mold! Do not stay here. The staff was very rude. I am disabled and requested a ground floor. I was put on the third floor. There was an elevator, but it was a long walk from the office and my room was over the office, so I had to walk the distance twice. Neither of my room keys worked so I had to go back down to the office and back up again. No apologies. He took the keys, ran them through their slider and with out a word stomped up to the room and opened the door, again not saying a word to my friend, and stomped back down. All he said was "they work now". The elevator was really bad; sounded like it was going to break down any second. It would open 6" before reaching the ground floor. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And there was no vent fan. Breakfast was less than minimal. The bagels were mini plain bagels and the cream cheese had been frozen so it was grainy. The space was too small and with just 6 other people there, there was no room for me to get into the waffle maker even though no one else was using it. They did not have adequate parking. My second night there, there were cars parked in all the no parking zones. The night clerk, same one from the night before, told me to park in front of the office where I could easily have been hit by a car coming in or one backing out of the parking spaces. Bar none, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This hotel has a convenient location in the downtown Salt Lake City area and I booked the room for a reasonable rate. The staff were helpful and polite. The room was rather disappointing--it seemed kind of grungy and there was some dog food on the floor. The beds were okay (firm, but like memory foam), but the pillows were pretty uncomfortable (lumpy and hard). The breakfast was a little sad with mini bagels, toast, etc.; the hot water wasn't very hot. Overall, an okay place to stay if you just need a place for a night.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us, and we're sorry to hear about some of the inconvenience you experienced. Wifi has been set-up that way to reduce the ongoing traffic(by removing idle connection), and outlet issue is something we're looking to solve soon since we're aware of it being the issue.
