Nothing was safe about this hotel. In the parking lot were people that should not have been there. Around the property was trash, needles, appliances broken in the lot … the front staff barely spoke English to check us in. The room itself was horrible and disgusting. Did not feel safe staying here what so ever and didn’t stay more then 3 hours after check in. Stayed and paid for a different hotel because nothing seemed safe, clean, or right about this property.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Parking lot was clean. Beds were made. Charged us for smoking and we do not smoke and we weren't really in the room because we had a conference everyday starting at 9 am to 7:30 pm.

Room not bad, fan switch in bathroom is a fire hazard. Turns on but not off and wobbles around in the wall. At check in they require a cash deposit. The listing on your site says deposit required but does not say it is cash unless you actually look at the hotel policy. I've never had a hotel require a CASH deposit.

it was in a very unsafe area, there were definitely drug dealers there, there were hidden fees like a security deposit, it was not cleanly, the staff was not helpful or friendly. just plain bad

If there’s only one place left in Salt Lake City and you absolutely must, then stay here, at your own peril. They’ve recently tried to renovate the rooms but really shoddy work meant the shower head wasn’t properly plumbed into the wall, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and there were random holes in the bathroom counter. There was a chair in our room that I couldn’t go near for fear I would catch something - covered in stains. And the hallways were in disrepair. This was part of a longer stay where we stayed at about 30 budget motels/hotels in total - this was by far the worst. Budget hotels can still be basic but clean and well kept and this wasn’t one of them.

This place is a scam! Twice now after confirming my checkin for Tomorrow. Then showing up tomorrow. They claim my non refundable reservation was for Yesterday! Both times they charged me 2 times for a one night stay….I travel often and this has only ever happened at this dump.
