The bed was super comfy and the room very spacious which I appreciated, but the carpet between the bathroom and main room was lifting and sharp, and the air con was exceptionally loud. Other than that though it was perfectly adequate for a one night stay.

Nice hotel with very comfortable room. We chose them because they said they had a 24 hour shuttle when we called in, which upon checkin we were told is not true. Luckily, the earliest shuttle was the time we needed and it worked out perfectly.

Windows pores rain inside into the windowsill, which then drips onto the electric heating and air conditioner unit and there’s a ton of black mold all over in that window seal and the roof is kind of dripping

The desk clerk when we checked in was uninterested in assisting me. We had to return a rental car and take the shuttle back. He said to just call and he’d send the shuttle. We called repeatedly and the line would go dead or ring 20 times with no answer. After waiting 25 minutes and still not getting through, a driver from another hotel offered to take us to our hotel. That’s terrible service. If he’d been on the desk when we got her id have complained directly to him. Otherwise everyone else was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
