We stayed here for 1 night before flying out of the SLC airport. The staff was friendly on arrival and we were able to check in early. The hot tub was closed, the pool water was cloudy and the fitness room bike didn't work.

False Advertisement! Our room was advertised as a Jacuzzi King Suite and we had a king bed in a room that smelled of rotten eggs and trash.

Call to get a shuttle and was it told there is another Comfort inn shuttle that guest often get confused thus adding an extra 30 minutes to my travel also in the a.m. the shuttle returning to the airport only leaves upon the hour which also wasn’t explained to me when I arrived leading to have to purchase an Uber to get back to the airport. Lots of limitation could’ve been communicated. Other than that the room is decent. Airflow wasn’t consistent in the breakfast was skippable.

Surprised by the cheapest possible toilet paper and tissues. The bed was comfy but the pillows were AWFUL hard as rocks. The hidden charge for parking of 7 dollars a day was disappointing and aggravating to say the least. Staff did nothing to stop a wildly loud party that went on until after 1 in the morning

Parking, check in/out were great. Staff was polite and very helpful. My 2 complaints were no batteries in the remote control and the ice machines are only on the 1st and 2nd floors. I was on the 3rd.fl. otherwise it was a great overnight. We'll definitely stay again.
