The hotel, property, staff and breakfast were all pretty good. Nothing to complain about there. It was clean and organized. The room was nice. There was work that had been done in the bathroom that wasn't done by a professional so it was a little shoddy but it was still nice and clean otherwise. My only two complaints were the other guests and the pool. The first night we were there had a boys hockey team. The were crowding the lobby, the were loud, the were goofing off on the elevators by packing them with over 20 people at a time. The 2nd night we were there, there was a girls bowling team. They were way worse than the boys the night before. There was all the same problems with the boys but the girls were incredibly loud. They were running up and down the hallway until almost midnight. They were stomping in the rooms and slamming their doors. They kept the elevators tied up the entire time by going up and down them constantly. They were all walking barefoot in the lobby and everywhere they went. We complained but nobody did anything about it. The second issue was the pool. There was entirely too much chlorine in it. When we got out, my family was red and itchy, our eyes and skin burned for hours and it actually tarnished my wife's gold and silver jewelry. Other than those issues, the hotel was very nice and accommodating.
Hampton Inn must have been short handed. We stayed a week (6 nights) and never had fresh towels or trash removed. We put the wet towels in the hall and went to the desk for clean ones each day. We had to put trash in hall and it looked cluttered.
Easy check-in. Friendly service all around. Attentive to my requests. Comfortable room. Wonderful continental breakfast! Everything was very clean. Newer facility.

Towels had hairs, shower wall had hairs, sheets were stained dirty!!! It seemed as this room was not cleaned only the beds were made.
It was 20 degrees outside upon arrival. The room was very cold, heat was not turned on. Desk person said they were the only one working and hotel was at capacity (not good planning on their part). The linens/beds did not look clean. Next morning moved to a different hotel thanks to the swift help of Orbitz.
The only down side of our stay was that at 10:30pm saturday night a young man was vacuuming in yhw hall tight outsidenour door. Also, the hallways were freezing cold.
The rooms were kept clean and house keeping was very good. In general the property was kept clean and orderly.
No issues with reservation, breakfast was wonderful, beautiful interior. I would go back to this hotel any time I am in the area. Woman at the check out desk supplied me with first aid supplies and was very nice.

While we’re thrilled to hear that the breakfast was delicious, we’re disappointed to hear about the pool and your room. We are always looking to improve for our guests. We will look into these issues and get them corrected.
