The tv in room 231 needs work seems like its falling off the wall. Otherwise the room, the bed , and definitely the cleaning staff was awesome and did an excellent job everyday i was there and mostly appreciated the fact the rooms dont smell like Marijuana. I have stayed at this location four times in the last four months and i would have to say the same comment about each and every room i stayed in.

The bed was in a metal bedframe box, noisy and also very high off the ground, even for an average height person. In the morning, there were ants all over the bathroom counter in a second floor room. First time that I’ve had a bad experience at this Best Western Plus.

The bed was so uncomfortable!! Broken down, squeaky, just horrible. How are you suppose to get a good nights sleep? Breakfast was ok but now not allowed to bring food to your room. I cant eat that early so I won’t be staying here ever again

Unlike once in the past, the heater was working. Very important, as it was a very cold night. The water in the shower was consistently hot/warm. Very important, as I freeze easily. There is a motel next to Best Western where you can have an extended stay. I tried it once but the room I got had a very messed up door lock. I lost a lot of time; even the person at the front desk had a hard time getting it open. That was the last time I spent my money there. On the other side of Best Western, is another "Inn" or "Courtyard"? It's a nice layout, but way too expensive. One of their tightwad policies is to charge their customers a fee for parking overnight. No wonder their parking lot is mostly empty. As someone who pays property taxes in Rancho Cordova, I don't have lots of extra money to dish out for hotel rooms. The powers that be are always pushing for more taxes. A new tax request or bond fund measure every other year. BOND: Building Our Next Deficit. I spend so much on taxes that it limits what I can spend on hotel rooms. Thank you for not gouging me on every last cent; like on parking fees!!!!!
