Pros: The property is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room super clean. Cons: They charge/place a hold on your credit card for $250 for “incidentals”. I’ve stayed at 4 & 5-star hotels that charge $50 - $100. I can’t imagine what they feel I’d charge to my room from their limited bar and mini restaurant. This is just over-the-top greed where the hotel uses your money for several days. Imagine the money they have “on hold” given any timeframe of a night or a week. Do the math.

Excellent

This is a good property which is being well maintained. I'm not sure I agree with a $10 parking charge for overnight parking (given we're not in an urban setting here and parking isn't really at a premium). Seems like a revenue source more than anything else. Otherwise all is as it should be and I received what I expected from the facility.

The staff was great and the room was clean and comfy. There is only one elevator which makes it hard to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the fridge didn’t really ever get cold. Would stay again!

Need security in parking lot every night. Not just Thursday to Monday. My rear window was broken on Tuesday night previous trip. Too many homeless in the area.

Homeless people hanging around made the place seem unsafe.

Very clean , nice pool

I love everything

They add net each night for parking and did not reveal this in my Orbitz receipt. The receipt indicated that the hotel might add extra for "optional" items I might want to purchase but a sign by the front desk indicates that they WILL be adding this when you check in. I find this deceiving and a way for the hotel to add to the bill. That they charge extra for parking is on their orbitz listing but I did not think to check because this hotel is not in downtown manhattan or anywhere where parking is at a premium. They also did not clean our room the entire 6 nights we were there which I don't care about but its another way to cut back services but charge the same amount, using COVID as an excuse and cutting hours of and access to tips for lowest paid employees. Pool and room were fine. Towels were fairly threadbare

Beware of a “parking fee” $10.00 per night. I balked at that, (plenty of spaces and fee cars). They were kind enough to wave it.... other than that, things were as I expected.

Close to the Mexican restaurant which is good. Apparently it has large sports team clientele and so they have special warnings about having "parties" in rooms, making noise, etc. A bit of a turn off. Paying for parking seems unnecessary given how much space they have. I won't return.

Parking should be free. Smelled strongly of perfume/deodorizer in the room. Caused allergies. Not cleaning smell, scented spray or perfume.

Sliding doors on ground floor screwed to prevent egress. Inconvenience to get to car, but also a Fire egress hazard.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Dealing with California CoVid19 restrictions. So no ice, minimal breakfasts.

Noisy freeway, noisy kids, doors banging! Lots of on ramp construction...

Our room was ok. I did not like the layout of the room. The bed was not facing the tv. We also had neighbors that were having a party. The hotel eventually came and asked them to quiet down. The room was typical, nothing special.

Room was nice and comfortable. Staff was very helpful

I was told during the booking our request for balcony room by pool would be granted. What we received was a 1st floor, parking lot view by the back door. The door was used all night and was very loud. We barely slept. We were in town for an event and were running back and forth. Check out day our keys were turned off at 8am even though check out was at 12pm. I asked for a later check but was told No. We forgot something at the room and went back at 5pm. The room still had not been cleaned so I think we could had been given the extra 30mins. It would have saved us rushing around and the 2hr turn around. The restaurant wasn’t open hours advertised. Just overall I wish we had stayed somewhere else. It was just a bummer.

Thank you for staying with us and the kind PROS you have mentioned. We do understand the inconvenience of authorizing credit cards for a certain amount. It is standard we are instructed to follow and amount is returned after check out. We have shared your concerns with our Owners. Please do not let this deter you from choosing to stay with us or other Marriott Hotels. We are very grateful for your patronage and most importantly your feedback. Be well and safe travel this summer.
